This large asian store hosts a variety of shops in a mall-like setting. H-Mart models after Korean style shopping malls and offers a food court that can please many palettes. H-Mart itself is a Korean grocery store hosting a large number of items you would find in Korea alongside many western brands for convenience. Their produce section is substantial and they have a small variety of bulk items. When in season and freshly stocked, their sale prices will beat most other stores. Their meat department boasts a large a selection of many different meats and cuts of meats and the seafood selection is also expansive and tailored for the Korean crowd including live fish and shellfish. The workers here are generally friendly and helpful. They employ Koreans as well as other Asians and many Hispanic workers.. H-Mart is practical as well as suitable for finding those uncommon ingredients for Asian dishes.

This store was a savings grace for me. When working on a budget for food I was always scrapping by the supermarkets for your usual meals. When I discovered the affordability of Asian cooking this was my haven. Their prices are stellar on all the condements, and fixings. Their produce was surprisingly fresh, and had a wider variety than even wholefoods. They stock a lot of other goods too for the home and kitchen. I got some really cool bento boxes for my girl friends work lunches. And let me tel you, she became super popular as all her co-workers would come up and see what she brought each day while they only had items from the vending machine. I learned how to make sushi, spring rolls, pho noodle dishes, and great salads. All provided by H Marts awesome selection. They also have a great food court here and I always made an effort to stop and get some pho chicken before doing my shopping.

Good selection of produce and fish. Problem for me as a non Korean or Hispanic is if I dont speak Korean or Spanish, it is so difficult to get help in finding an item. So I just shop whatever I can see and dont even bother to find out if they have the item Im looking for. I typically end up in another grocery store to complete my shopping and H-Mart misses out on the rest of my grocery shopping dollars. The store is always clean, well organized, and prices marked on everything very clearly. Parking gets on the crowded side at times. Public toilet is outside of the store, but still in the "mall". It is in the food court. Mens toilet always stinks as you walk in. But just looking at the stuff carried at H-Mart and the quality, specially of the produce and meat and fish, this is a great store.

Prices are more expensive here than most other Asian grocery stores. But they do carry lots of different Korean products here. I do like the varieties and wish we have more of these stores for better competition. Recently my family was introduced to these multi grains powder that you drink (almost like soymilk, but with at least ten different grains). Its called 15 roast grains powder with yam. Made by Damtuh. This store is the only place where i can find this powder. So i keep having to come back. The only bad thing about it is that they often run out of stock.

Cheaper than American grocery stores, cleaner than Chinese grocery stores, the Korean H Mart ends up being a great value for any groceries I buy. Theres a large Asian food option, duh, and it has a good food court. It is weak in organic produce though. Pro tip: I dont speak Chinese or Korean but with Google translate theres a feature that can translate from Chinese to English in real time just by pointing the camera at text. Its never right but its right enough to get the jist

In my opinion, this is the best grocery store in Washington State. Vegetables you cant get anywhere else are aplenty, prices are very competitive, lots of kimchi, seafood, choice cut meats, and asian imports can be found here. The Lynnwood location is better than the Bellevue location due to its size, variety, and overall quality of produce. I drive out from Ballard every 3 weeks to stock up. Maybe I should write a bad review so that this remains a secret.

The pho here has small servings but it tastes really yummy. The chinese food here is above the standard but it is not like oh wow! I recommend the black bean noodles. Everything they serve is all pretty much above the normal standard but I would not recommend eating here since it is right next to a grocery store and seems like mall food court. I recommend taking the dishes home and enjoy food with your family and friends in a better setting.

Going grocery shopping here is almost like being in Korea! I love going here for the best produce and Korean foods. Theres also a great variety in all the products. Also, if you want home appliances/kitchen accessories/asian wines, its all here! Theres also an awesome food court. I personally didnt like the Jjajangmyun but a lot of people seem to go here for it. The bread store is awesome! and they have pretty cakes!

My Store for Almost Everything This store is an Asian market that also sells some common "American" items. Dont be upset if you come here and they dont have nutella or a specific toothpaste you want, but know that if you ever need cheap or expensive ramen (they have japanese-restaurant-quality stuff), want to make hotpot for your family or are interested in making yogurt-soju, this is the place to do it.

I really like this place. The selection here is massive for everything, the produce is nice as well. Definitely recommend coming here if you need any ingredients for an Asian dish that youre making for dinner. Or if youre just looking for a cheap place to pick up groceries. They also have some of the more rare beverages that we all though went out of business.
