Shopped at this location for the first AND LAST time. There are some very rude associates that talk to you like you are going to steal. The cashier was the only pleasant one. All I wanted was a bottle of pink hair dye and they have alot of choices. But its hard to decide when they constantly bombard you with the question if you need help. Then they hang out where you are at and loudly chitchat. I could not even think for myself. Yes, I did end up buying a bottle. No, I will not come back.

The service I get at Sallys is amateur at best. The employees they have working at this store are pretty much there to cashier because in terms of knowing the products they are selling they do not. When you ask about products they have in store they cant even tell you if it is in stock or not. The service over all is crap. The only reason I gave this store a two star rating is because they SOMETIMES have the products I need.

Just go to the sallys in tacoma... very rude here... they need to fire everyone and start over.... been to at least 20 diefferent sally beauty supplies across the us... this one is the worst... dont listen to anything they tell you they give bad hair advice and very rude about it... youd have better luck going to Walmart with a blindfold on and randomly selecting a hair dye....lol

Second visit at this location with the same employee (who I am assuming is the manager - older woman), and it has been unpleasant each visit. This woman has a serious attitude problem, completely unprofessional and makes snotty remarks. I will no longer be making visits to this location. Tacoma is worth the drive to not have to undergo that womans behavior and naive comments.

I went in today to purchase two things: hair color andna gel nail builder. I was followed around the store and made to feel like they thought I was going to steal. I was aked 3 tomes if i needed help which each time i responded no thank you. Nothing changed. Im not a theif and Im highly offended that she thought I might steal. Never going back.

I like the products they sell but most of the time when you ask an employee a question they seem almost bothered and annoyed, its been multiple times where I ask where a product is and a employee with keep stocking shelves or wont walk me to it. But deals and prices are great.
