This 7-Eleven does not stand out as far as 7-Elevens go and even warranted a 2 Star review from me because its always messy with sticky stuff on the floor and you can never get a fresh cup of coffee. Sure a couple of the girls might be friendly enough to say have a good day, but no customer service rewards here. The cherry on top was going in for coffee, and being told that ita 5 hours old. There was barely a swallow of coffee burning away in the pot and the lady was "too busy" relaxing to make sure it was fresh. Instead of offering to make a fresh pot real quick, she waited until I got in my car and went to make a pot! I would love to see convenience stores step up their customer service game and lose the mentality that "customers will come anyway because its convenient, regardless of customer service!

Best place to stop in Steilacoom for over 25 years. Grew up in the neighborhood and I watch out for these guys like family. Gas prices are always reasonable. The workers are friendly, familiarize themselves with the locals and always have a good tip or story to share. They are also great at knowing what the deals in the store are (when they have them).

Ive never met a more friendly group of people! They greet everyone when they enter the store and are very efficient. On many occasions Ive watched while they completed almost a dozen transactions in under two minutes! All the while, being courteous.

Always slow as hell. Please install more cash registers and hire more people.
