I got on this site to write a review on how rude the manager in charge was today. I read the previous reviews before I began mine. Seriously, six years ago someone had stated the same feelings I had today. I waited in line for several minutes, before a woman came up to the register and shouted very loud and rude that she could help the next customer. I stated that I had a return, and she yelled, and I am not exaggerating, she yelled I dont know who the next customer is thats why I said next customer. There were several people in line by this point, and she actually terrified us by her tirade. The problem is it Ross there are so many rules on how to stand in line and which line to be in. What kind of customer service do you people teach? It starts with the rudeness of hanging your clothes you wish to try on and how the employee points to the rack to hang them on and counts it all And Pats it all down, to coming out of the dressing rooms to be treated just as rudely and points to the rack again to put your clothes back up to be checked out, to actually purchasing items and having them point at the receipt for you to grab yourself. And today with the rudeness of the so-called manager. She mentioned she was the manager in her tirade, she actually said if I had a problem I could talk to her she was the manager. What a joke. I returned my things, and the items that I was going to purchase I kindly ask her to keep them and Id come back maybe on a day she was in a better mood. I went out the door shaking partly because of her anger, and partly because it was just embarrassing. Several customers commented on my way out. One said wow, she was creepy. Well, now I have $30 in credit. I hope I can find Ross elsewhere that Im not harassed. There isnt one that gives you a pleasant shopping experience, but if I can just come in purchase and leave Ill take that .

One of the better Rosss in the area. So-so to decent customer service. Surprisingly a store that is actually clean. Even the changing rooms. No rhyme or reason to the merchandise. What you see is what they have. The quality of the items Ross has purchased over the years has gone down from what it use to be. This particular location has decent quality clothing compared to others. Checkout lines can either be short or horrendously long. Most customers dont understand the purchase/return lines and are told to wait in line all over again. Ive seen several customers give up what they wanted to purchase due to this. Do be aware there are a few creeps that shop here. I would only recommend shopping at Ross if you like to "shop" and "look" for items. Dont expect any customer service.

This location is TERRIBLE. So unorganized, staff members are rude & take their sweet time checking out. The dressing rooms are filthy & no one seems to care about you there. My first & last encounter there I went to the fitting room only to find a small girl whom had lost her mom in the store. I held her hand, took her to the front of the store hoping that they could announce over the loud speaker that the girl was OK. Only to be told by a loss prevention employee that it wasnt his problem. I was shocked, I took it upon myself to find the girls mother. Grabbed my TWO items & headed to the ONE cashier working... I waited 20 minutes to be checked out & there were only 3 people ahead of me. I will not be going back.

I hate shopping, I hate shopping at discount stores because they are not organized and theres a lot of clutter. However, I found my favorite jeans at Ross. DKNY jeans for $29. I wear them at least twice a week. I tried to go to Donna Karen website to buy them at the full price because they fit me so well but they were not there. I wish I had purchased 3 of the same. That was a great experience. Now I keep going back to Ross hoping to find another gem.

Ive been a fan of Ross for years because of the great prices. But the Issaquah stores angry & rude employees will keep me from coming back. As a discount store Ive never expected great customer service or any at all, but this stores employees & management were unbelievably rude & hostile. It seems as though they despise their company so much that they take their anger out on their customers.

They seem to be out of a lot of stuff lately, under staffed and the store looked exstreamly unorganized and messy. I live in the Issaquah , Highlands and use to love this store but its gone down hill. A year ago I would of gave it 5 star but now it gets a 2.

I was pleasantly surprised, how clean, well organized and maintained store was, great customer service, I asked to show me something from jewelry case, and he did right away, and also he offered his help, in case if I will need it.
