A little treasure in an historic town. This JC Penney is small, but the customer service is unbeatable, as are the frequent sales. Quality merchandise, plus the variety and selection are remarkable for such a miniscule department store. Shoes, bedding, household items, jewelry, and clothing for men, women and children. So convenient and welcoming compared to traveling to the nearest malls. Highly recommended if you are seeking quality, sales and service.

I had the good fortune to have Betty help me at the Snohomish Penneys. I needed two ties, and she even tied them for me, as im challenged in that area. She did it with a smile and friendly chatter during the process. She is a positive asset for Penneys, and i hate to see her and the store go away. Great little store for this community. They have a smaller selection then the mall stores, but are willing to order in anything you like to their store with no shipping fees. It is also an easy store to get to and you dont need to worry about parking.
