I loved this store and was sad to see them going out of business however was very unhappy with my customer service experience recently. Two weeks ago I was asked if I wanted to purchase the catalyst membership which would give me an extra 10% off at the low cost of $10. I used it for the purchases made that day and five days later received an email saying the stores would be closeing. I went in to pick up some of the clearance items today and was told I couldnt use my catalyst which I only got to use once. Its supposed to be good for a year and I understand the closing wasnt planned but why cut off a benefit that I purchased without at least refunding a percentage of the original cost?!

I bought a leather study Bible and discovered some of the pages were folded back, so the corners were not rounded. It had been personalized and they refused to exchange it even though it was a factory defect. Her exact words were "its ONLY a couple pages". Yes, but when I spend $90 on a product, I expect it to be guaranteed. I even asked if they would give me a 50% in store credit, and they refused that too. I recommend The Tree of Life Christian Outlet in Auburn instead, a small family owned business that gives better customer service than a big corporation that is all about the buck.

I will miss Family Christian Stores. When my children were younger they used to open the store an hour early on Saturdays when a new Veggie Tales DVD premiered. We used to go watch and buy the new DVD and they would have games and sometimes a raffle. It was such a treat for the whole family. My kids are teenagers now but we remember this very fondly. We are sad to lose such a wonderful store!!

Great store with a lot of stuff. I have bought many things for gifts, Bibles for myself, movies, books, tshirts from the clearance table. Using the coupons and rewards you can save a lot of money. Staff are helpful and friendly and leave you to browse around the store for a looong time.

I really enjoy this store. I feel that this type of store is needed in todays society. It is a place with information about Jesus. I could spend all day there. I always find lots of special items and good deals. An absolute blessing!
