We love this Barnes & Noble store in downtown Bellevue. The store staffs are helpful. Their books and magazine selection is good. But most importantly, their section for kids books is spacious which allows the kids to wander and play while the parents can take a momentary break to pick their own books. I keep hearing the media rave about the new Amazon book store - how great it is. I went to it a couple times and I honestly fail to see the medias point. It is small and crammed with bookshelves with very little space for people to stand let alone sit down and read a few pages of a book before their make their purchase decision. I am thankful that Barnes & Noble has kept this store open because it is not only just a store but also a peaceful place where you can indulge yourself in the imaginary world of books in downtown Bellevue.

I for one, have never had a problem with the music department here. The staff have always been really nice to me, and have on several occasions gone above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. The book people are really nice and helpful too. When I was at this store, there was a kid trying to steal CDs, so I really wouldnt blame the staff for being cautious and stuff. But oh well. Anyway, I highly recommend this BN for all your Bellevue bookstore needs! PS. I asked, and the people at the BN will validate your parking for as long as you are there. the only reason they have to have to monitored lot is because people who work in the nearby buildings use their lot to park in, instead of paying to park in their own underground lots. Just FYI, people.

I was going to give this bookstore in Bellevue 4 stars, but Im giving it 5 stars. Great spot. The parking is "easy" you just have to make sure your smart enough to get it validated before leaving. And Jimmy here...so funny / ironic his name is Jimmy....ole Jimmy below here is lying. Come on. You get 10-15 minutes free parking and you should be fine. Great book selections, nice magazine rack, nice overall environment to browse books, magazines, etc and its nice to grab a hot chocolate or a coffee at the Starbucks next door. Great overall place - one of my favorites to hang out in Bellevue. I hope Barnes and Noble survives and does well as its a gem of a place to peruse and hang out.

A chain bookstore, its actually not that bad. They have a huge range of EVERYTHING. Really, the stores huge, but most Barnes and Noble stores are. Luckily that means I can grab whatever digital marketing or photography book Im after, instead of ordering it in, like I need to in my favorite independent stores. The Starbucks attached is a great place to catch up without battling the mall. as others said, parking is a tad pricey, so dont forget to get it validated. Convenient, mass bookstore.

The point of sale process at all B&N stores is awkward when they typically ask you three times in a row if you want a *%$#* annual membership. How many times do I have to say "no thank you" before your sales attendants stop asking; apparently three times. B&N stop promoting this membership and simply focus on whether or not I had an overall good experience in the store.

Larger than the Crossroads Barnes and Noble. I didnt know until recently that you could get your parking validated there without buying anything. It would be nice if there was something that indicated that since the parking in that lot is ridiculous considering you could always park at bell square and walk over.

Maybe larger than the now closed crossroads location but the magazine selection for automotive subjects is far worse. Many titles are missing and a lot of the ones on the shelf are old. Today no Car and Driver, no Automobile, no Motorsport. Racer was from mid 2016.

Today I found some collectables at this location that Ive been searching for forever. Was so happy to find them at a reasonable price. With coupons I saved some money as well. Great selection of books as well as gifts and collectables. Id shop here again for sure.

We just left the store, we took my 8 yr old son for the polar express book night and he loved it. All of the staff was helpful and their plan was fantastic. We were able to shop while he had a great experience. The store is very welcoming.

Have never reviewed on Google before. Rarely review in general because too much effort, but just called the store for a simple question and was met with a passive aggressive staff member. Parking lot is a pain. Not going back again.

I went in there to look for some books to read about India, Indian philosophy, Indian religion, politics, etc. India is the largest democracy in the world. Yet, the store has practically nothing worthwhile on these topics.

this is a really large site with a large selection of items going beyond just books. Lots of scifi accessories as well. Theres an adjoining Starbucks if you need a caffeine fix. Parking out front is free with validation.

One of the last remaining physical book stores in town. You can find just about anything you would want to read here. They also have tons of board games and other fun things to buy if thats what you are looking for.

They are just too expensive. I go there to look for a book and most of the time I can find it somewhere else for cheaper but other then that. The place is very chill and no one really bothers men which is a plus.

Barnes and Noble has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When Amazon finally puts them out of business it will not be a surprise as they have high prices & terrible customer service.

Barnes & Noble continues to be a great place to browse current releases and to grab a quiet respite from the work day. This location has validated parking and an attached Starbucks, for double bonus.

Theres not many Barnes and Noble locations left. This location has a super friendly staff and excellent selection of books, magazines, comic books, toys and games. Check it out. Youll have a blast.

The parking here is a nightmare. They always forget to validate. The mute parking attendants make me very uncomfortable. Save yourself and go to the BN at crossroads or in Issaquah.

i loved the bookstore its self but i wouldnt go again. The tollbooth had a very very long line and the man running it was very grumpy. Also it was very confusing.
