I would never get my tatto here. I was looking around for a artist to do my tattoo I have been wanting for a while now. So I was going to many different places. I had stopped by some other places I had really liked but I had heard a lot of good things about two particular artists and decided it would be worth the drive to check this place out. Curb a peal is a little sketchy but when you walked inside I was amazed it was very nice looking on inside and I was thinking oh man Id love to get my tattoo here, this place is awesome. Well my friend was with me cause I wanted her opinion on the places. Wait about 10 min before someone walked over to talk to me. Mind you only a couple artist were tattooing out of all of them. The guy that walked over was extremely disrespectful right off the bat and not very welcoming. He asked what I wanted to get and I showed him a picture of an idea I liked and he said very rudly change size or drop detail even though every single other artist I went to was like oh yeah thatd be awesome we can totaly do that and worked with me on it, being very kind. This guy was not kind he was exceptionally rude. He also said yeah and its $125 and hour, so yeah its pretty high for you. Me and my friend just looked at eachother like what the hell. I said okay Ill take my $125 an hour somewhere else and we left. I found my artist somewhere else and i have it designed and ready. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you are good friends or know the person who would be doing your artwork. There very rude

Went in for my first tattoo last weekend and seeing as how it was my first, I do wish things would have been explained a little better (more in depth) and I could have been informed a little more as to what he was doing and the procedures on stuff. On any piercing Ive ever had in my lifetime, everything going on was explained in so much depth that I didnt really have any questions. But I also dont know if thats normal or if thats just the customer service side of me expecting more than I should. I asked a lot of questions and got clarification on the things that I needed-which anyone should do especially when it comes to a tattoo. I did feel a little rushed. Things happened really fast but that also could have been my nerves or just the way things usually go when it comes to a tattoo shop. I mean people dont go there just to hang out right?! I was recommended to come to this shop after a family member of mine came here a few months ago and I will say that overall I am very happy with how my tattoo turned out. The aura was good and the lady and the front counter was SO awesome! She made good conversation with me and truly eased my mind on my "fears" and first time nerves. The other artists/employees made small talk with us and you could tell they all really enjoyed working together (which is nice) I think I would definitely recommend this shop moving forward. Ben did my tattoo and told me to come back in three weeks for a basic check up and hell do touch ups if they are needed.

I did a lot of research before going to them and the artist from the shop had even gotten multiple awards.I had Archie do my tattoo. I personally went there to look just for him based on the style of artwork he has done. I drove all the way from Silverdale to get it done over there. I had drawn out my tattoo and I gave it to him to make it better and he far exceeded my expectations! I was a little hesitant with some of his suggestions but I decided to trust his judgement seeing as he was really good at what he does. I was more then happy with the end results! It was a shoulder-to-shoulder tattoo and surprisingly didnt hurt at all. We talked most of the time during the process, which was good and helped ease my nerves since this was my first tattoo. My family loves my tattoo and I get compliments all the time on my tattoo and people are always intrigued by it. I would definitely recommend and would go back again if I had not moved out of state =(. (I had gotten tatted by them around Nov 2014)

I wanted to get a traditional black panther, and chose to check out Action Tattoo because it was close to work and had really good reviews. Stopped in to book an appointment and spoke with the owner Rich and two employees. All were helpful and immediately recommended Justin Shelton when I mentioned traditional. They had me check out his portfolio and I booked an appointment. At the appointment Justin offered some design ideas based on the source material I sent him and after a few changes he got to work. He did the outline exactly off my source and then used his expertise to shade and color it in. It turned out awesome! Definitely recommend Action Tattoo and Justin Shelton.

i went there for a Septum piercing. the guy who helped me, his name was Matt (maybe Max, sorry bad with names) was very helpful, and nice with giving me all the information i could ever ask for. while doing it he kept talking me through the whole process which was very comforting. then after words he kept checking in with me making sure i was ok. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND going here. defiantly will go back if i ever need another piercing and would recommend to anyone. the shop was SO CLEAN you could eat off the floor. i also loved how he made sure everything was sterilized thoroughly before doing anything.

Unfortunately this is the worst customer service Ive ever had , the artist Mikey did not keep his word did not let me know i called him earlier in the day numerous of times during the day, he finally picked up the phone conffired the appointment for today at 6:30. i get there , mind you i already paid. and the place is closed they close at 9. i did not get a call or anything, in which i gave all that info to him, for him to use whenever he need to contact me Im so frustrated. I will not come back to this place and honestly neither should anybody else , but too each is own.

Back August I got a small tattoo to remember the loss of my child from Justin, well I needed some touch ups. I set up a date and time and couldnt make it because it was the last thing on my mind ( I was in the er that day) they wouldnt take any excuses and wanted $40 to do a very very small touch up. Justin wasnt doing anything but talking with another employee when I went to see him. He wouldnt talk to me and they called me to try and get my to pay it. Action tattoo you had me as a client for years but after being money hungry I dont know if I will go back.

This place was like a tattoo haven. I got my tattoo today. I loved every second of it. My tattoo is beautiful and thats just a bonus because the service was like no other. I recommend that anyone who is anyone go to this place for everything. The atmosphere is so amazing and chill. Theres no negativity what so ever and I really love that. Especially since I have terrible anxiety. Im coming back until my body is tatted to perfection. I have no doubt that they can deliver exactly what you want. Please go here.
