Ive been a sprint customer since 2005, after leaving the warrenton store today I became an AT&T customer. This was largely in part due to the horrendous customer service of the associate, Dee. After 2 yrs of over billing, mis leading customer service information, less than sub par customer service, a BBB complaint, you smirking in my face today after knowing all the problems weve had, was the absolute last straw. I was obviously less than thrilled when I arrived at your store with a phone that simply stopped working, to no fault of my own. you did absolutely nothing to try and get the problem resolved but tell me I needed to throw more money sprints way. You had me call the corporate store myself instead of calling for me, obviously at this point I had no patience as the manager and I had a yelling match over the phone. I guess the employees at the Warrenton store are more concerned with cracking jokes and and hanging out in their back office. Not once did any other employee come out from the back and try to assist. But thank you for letting me get so frustrated that I walked out of your store and drove right over to AT&T.

Stopped in the store to have data from my old phone switched to a new phone because Sprint really is terrible for getting a person when you try to do it online. Hunter Workman did the update for me. Without asking he added on a $13.99 fee for insurance coverage for my new phone. I didnt ask him for it nor did I want it. Had to go through 15 iterations of messages on the phone and wasted a 1/2 hour of my time to get it cancelled.

Just wanted to say that Hunter Workman here is an awesome rep. He helped me and my family set up all 6 of our lines and got us 2 iPads for the kids for school. All of these come with a 10 GB hotspot, its awesome. This Roberta person who so high horse-ly named Hunter by name and trash on him is appauling. He is an awesome rep and I plan to do business with him. Dont take the word of that stupid bimbo b!tch who says otherwise.

Terrible customer service! We walked in and the customer service rep was with another customer. He never acknowledged our existence. We were in the store for about 15 minutes. He never even made eye contact let alone say anything. The customer service rep should have said hello and let us know that he would be with us soon. So rude! I will not be back!

I have always had good customer service here. Sometimes they are very busy, but they always greet you when you come in. I have been a customer with them for about 6 years.
