Today I went into this UPS store in hopes of returning a new pair of heels I had just received from Zappos. When I went, I was politely informed that I didnt have the correct label and was told how to receive the correct label. The employees were beyond helpful as well as quick and to the point. I will be coming back very soon for any future needs and will definitely recommend this store to my friends.

The owner is Awsome and really cares about his customers. I walked into the store at 620pm to drop of a package for over night shipment. The last pick up was at 6pm. The owner went out of his way and took my packge himself to the main center after closing the store to make sure it gets out on time. I would never go anywhere else. Thank you and god bless you!

Made an appointment online to have a form notarized. Received a confirmation email. Showed up for my appointment only for them to tell me that their notary wasnt there/doesnt work on Tuesdays. No explanation as to why they confirmed my appointment if no one was going to be there.... Worthless.

Posted Saturday hours are 9:00-4:00. I arrived at 9:06 Saturday morning to ship a box and door was locked with no apparent activity inside. Waited a few more minutes for someone to show and decided I was wasting my time.

Nothing wrong with this store in general, the problem here is parking. Parking is horrendous especially during peak times (4-7pm). Make sure youve factored that in when visiting this store

Associates were helpful. The service was quick. Place is little hard to find but it is in strip mall and if you take a spin, you will find it.
