Sales woman insisted I needed to open the packages to be sure the pantyhose elastic was still good. I said if I opened them then they were no use to me. She asked what I was going to do with them and I said: resell. Then she put her hands on her hips and mocked me. When I tried to search through the craft books, patterns and fabric kept in a very narrow aisle...and I will admit it is the passageway to the back room...she kept carrying one piece at a time to put out on the floor through that aisle which caused me to stop and move out of the way each time. When I went to pay at the register and asked for a receipt, I got attitude. This is a shame. I had a great experience the first time I shopped there and had been looking forward to this time. I wont be back.

This is by far one of the best thrift stores in the Richmond area. They have a great selection of housewares, books, clothing, furniture and electronics and always a great deal. The volunteers and staff are always so nice too. Visit often because they are always getting in some great finds!
