this is the worst customer service ive gotten. me and my fiancé came in with our two year old and waited in line for over 10 minutes just because the guy was already working with someone. it was a lady working also who just looked at us the whole time doing quite nothing. and when the guy finally saw us, he seemed very cocky and WRONG. he wanted to give us $5 for something we spend $35 on and he knew it because he looked it up! on top of that, he was on the phone right while doing business with us!? just didnt seem interested in the convo we were having nor with who ever customer he had over the phone. somebody need to fire his ass!!!! never going back again and if i would have read the comments first we wouldnt never had came !!!! 0 STARS IF I COULD LEARN HOW TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS ‼️ i end up selling my item on facebook and got $25 for it

Not your go to pawn shop. I only went here bc it was closer to my home. They dont greet you + the guy behind the counter is very rude. He takes his precious time when he has others in line waiting. If I could Id give them 0 stars. The items in there are old and dusty. The prices on the old junk is more than what I think its worth. Wanted to give me 10$ to pawn a item I brought 2 months ago worth 350$

I called to find out if the took the item I was trying to pawn. I walked 3 miles to take it there and they tell me when I get there that they werent doing loans that day! Common courtesy would have been them telling me that over the phone! You lost what could have potentially been a life long customer! If I could have given zero stars, thats what you would have gotten!

they have poor service they will try and rip u i brought 6 things in there and the Chinese man only wanted to give me $15 for everything please do not go here he has had the same stuff in there for over 10 years im from richmond an use to go there alot so if u wanna be ripped off by a mean man then go for it!

Went in recently to pawn a few items. The man was friendly and efficient, which I appreciated while waiting for my turn. I didnt realize they sold so many things in the store. Definitely will go back to check out the store and see if there are any good deals.

I had a good experience with them. They were friendly and easy to talk to. Id say the price I got for my computer was fair given that they need to buy and sell for a profit. Theres a new younger guy whos taken over and seems to be a pretty nice guy!

Lots of items inside. Browse at your pace. A few people in line to sell stuff, takes a few mins. No chinese guy seen. Newer owner. Guitars. Mattresses. Movies. Jewelry. Tools. Could be a little cheaper on some items. Big store for a pawn shop.

This guy is terrible..if you wanna pawn something this is not the guy to see. Hes not gonna offer you much of anything for your items..on top of that his aged merchandise is close to period store prices...a complete rip-off.

Called on the phone asking if they did loans and they said they did. Drove 15 miles for them to tell me that they werent doing loans on that particular say. If I could I would give them 0 stars.
