I dont think anyone is in the best of positions when they come to an establishment such as this. The store mgr, is probably the most rude individual I have come across. I went and tried to sell him an item. Only to have him low ball me down to the point of insult. When I said to him that I didnt care for his attitude, he said, ok. And goodbye. And walked away. The only redeeming quality was the owner came out to apologize. But when u lose trust and the respect of the people who frequent your business. Its a done deal.

Not Pleased! Purchased a Kicker AMP on 19 July 2016 in less than a week the AMP stopped working. I took it back to the store and an Individual that worked there told me that there was nothing he could do. I informed him that I didnt want a refund, just an exchange. He told me no and then he tried to sell me another AMP. I will never go to Bragg Pawn Shop again and advise all my friends and others not to go there also.
