LuV Family Dollar Stores. I stop in different ones everywhere when I traveling and Spy one. Loyal customer to say the least. However the store I live by. My fav. Because I am sick I struggle. Due health. I like employees but there is an issue w ignoring line while another is talking n not paying attention n could care less. Bad news.. Next. Counter space. Lack of carts . Once again Im on disability. Next it is Worse. I spend alot money in this chain. Please take all that stuff. OFF THE COUNTER BECAUSE EE R BEING IGNORED NO COUNTER SPACE LAY OUR ITEMS BECOME VERY HEAVY WHILE THE LONG WAIT THAT IS. CLEARLY NOT GOOD. BUSINESS FIR SUCH A WONDERFUL CHAIN. N I HATE TO SAY IT.. BUT WHEN I BUY LARGE ITEMS OR CAT LITTER THATS PACKAGED IN PAPER. .I NEED LARGE BAGS BECAUSE IM ON DISABILITY N HAVE HAUL UP 3 STORIES. PLEASE. And on note of my concern fir your store n employees since I have lived here for more 20 years n Victim Violent Crime in the Neighborhood yet on The main Street. Take. N move all that mess in windows. So it can be looked in on police n neighbor customers We watch out fir each other. Also. That wall of merchandising in front registers. Is BAD. BAD. BAD. BECAUSE WE WANNA BE ABLE JET . Cause. I know . It A Target. Believe me Dear Lord. Keep their Safety in mind 1st. I cant tell you how many have been ripped from their family dye to Senseless Acts n Drugs. We are Surrounded by Drug Addicts n Drug Dealing.

I sent My wife to your location on Bayview blvd @ 6:30 pm 3-11-11 with $150 to buy clothes and other household items. 1 1/2 Hours later she calls crying. She had been picking and trying out clothes for a long time and asked to use the bathroom. She was sent to ask the Manager which saw she was wearing a pair of paints she was trying on. The manager was very rude and stern to my small wife and MADE her take them off immediately, in front of now a large group of incoming customers. Right down to her panties! In the middle of an Isle! Her having the only car prevented me from going up there and correcting your employee myself. Being a long time multiple business owner myself, I need you to contact me with your intentions to correct your management before I take further actions against Your corporation and its management. This type of forced embarrassment from someone of authority running your store may be worth addressing publicly for this pain and suffering we have encountered shopping at Family Dollar.

I go here all the time. Most of the employees are great but its not always clean and most times the items are either not marked or are improperly marked. Thats a pain. However they are pleasant and close.

Pretty cramped in there. Some employees seem to enjoy and tolerate their jobs and others tend to not.. overall though, they always got what I need!
