My daughters laptop had been acting up for a long time and I thought it was useless and ready to trash. I had John Chin take a look to see if it was worth saving. He fixed her computer by removing many viruses, changed it to a better hard drive, and updated the computer. Furthermore he helped install an antivirus program on her computer that I didnt know we could install for free and he went above and beyond and located a computer game that my daughter loves and added another one she asked about. Thank you John Chin at Hanover Computers, we definitely will use you again for our other computers and will recommend you to others!

Contacted Hanover Computers to repair my old laptop, unfortunately the motherboard had failed, (common for my 17" HP). Johnathan retrieved all of my data, installed it on a back-up drive and a brand new, very reasonably priced laptop. (Back to school special).
