I had and event and needed next day service for a road sign (otherwise known as a yard sale sign). I sent over my jpeg/pdf and everything was set. Somehow there was a snag in communication from midday Thurs. and my sign was going to need overnight to dry on Friday. I called thinking it would be ready on Friday and found this out and also was informed that they were closed on Saturday. I cannot blame the misunderstanding or miscommunication on Fastsigns completely, but I can see they had someone come in on Saturday morning to hand me my completed order. What I was thankful for even more was that my artwork for my sign looked exactly as I sent it. I would definitely do business with them again.
