They are always ready to help me. They educate me about wine on a regular basis. They have prices that beat or meet the areas other wine sellers. I am able to acquire coupons and save money by purchasing at Total Wine. They have a great selection and help even with the pairing of wine and the food I cook. Great experience in this store. Everyone was very helpful. They did not have a wine I was looking for (Dreaming Tree Chardonnay) but they ordered it for me and had it a few days later. The selection is top notch, though, so there are great prices in everyones price range. I Definitely would recommend it for our area.

Staff here is pretty friendly and gets to know you if youre a regular. Layout is pretty effective and usually the store has a good vibe and atmosphere. Growler fill station was a great addition. Usually lots of tastings on the weekend throughout the store.

Steve and Quynh helped me pick out wines yesterday and they are both great! I have also been given great choices from another woman there a few weeks back. As I write this, Steve calls me and tells me he can get my Line 39!!! Yay! Great store!! A+++
