This place boasts a variety of milk teas, cold drinks, hot drinks, smoothies and desserts. I tried one of their signature chè desserts - #6, chè trái cây, which is lychee, longan, red tapioca, jackfruit, palm seed, pandan jelly, jello, and young coconut. It was the first time I ever tried a chè dessert and I really enjoyed the complexity of flavors from all the different ingredients. There are a variety of chè combinations. From basil seeds to mung beans and grass jelly, there are so many chè desserts to try. Their milk tea flavors include jasmine, passion fruit, strawberry, taro, coconut, and much more. They also have other drinks such as Vietnamese coffee and Chai tea. They also have many smoothie flavors, from durian to honeydew and green apple. For the chè desserts, you have to stir and mix all the ingredients at first in order to break up the ice and taste everything in your cup. If youre eating in, theyll mix the ice right there and then. However, if youre taking it out to go, I believe they will give you a separate cup of ice to mix in for later. Staff were all very nice and the place is very clean. There are only a handful of seats in the place but folks rotate in and out quickly, with the majority taking their drinks to go. Cash only!

I am not sure what a previous reviewer was talking about with the "rotten" lychees in #1 dessert. The dessert is made with dry longan...which if you have never seen before, is brown in color. That doesnt mean that it is rotten. "Nhan nhuc" which is the name for the dry longan is then rehydrated and put in traditional desserts. Its like claiming that raisins are rotten grapes since it is black in color. Would you claim that raisin bread was made with rotten grapes??? Seriously, you have to know what you ordering and what is in the desserts. There are no lychees in the #1. Anyways, Pandan Desserts is the only place around that makes their own coconut milk and makes their che from scratch. Most places use canned coconut milk and beans. You can taste the difference. Good stuff, delicious Vietnamese iced coffee (which is so strong,), and awesome smoothies. Sometimes the lines are long on the weekends so you just have to get there early.

Cash only!!! One problem with this place! My favorite dessert place in the D.C. area. Unsure about the actual trademark/brand name of this place. Is it Pandu/Bamboo/etc. the situation is unsure. Hostile takeover, Trademark infringement issues, or what ever the matter is, certain white paper covering the original logo makes it questionable... perhaps and obvious explanation would make this place more reputable...

Dont ever get anything with lychee here. They use brown rotten lychee instead of the fresh stuff. They would be better off using canned lychee. Its disgusting. The staff are not very friendly either. I complained and asked for a refund, but they refused. The photo is for the pandan breeze. At $4 per drink you are better off going somewhere else in Eden Center where the drinks are fresh and are $3 a piece.

Trendy, dessert place all the younger generation Vietnamese kids are going to. The shop is in the corner of Eden. Ive tried a few items on the menu, but my favorite and the one I recommend is a coconut smoothie with jelly. Their che options are okay, nothing too extraordinary. Prices are similar to other bubble tea prices in the surrounding restaurants.

The drinks are still good compared to a lot of other places. They dropped the Bambu name and kept the menu items after becoming more popular. Im taking a guess that its probably because they wouldnt have to pay royalties. For being such a popular place, Im not sure why they only take cash as a payment method. This place is now known as Pandan.

Best dessert place in the area. They make their coconut milk fresh....NOT CANNED like everywhere else. Real fruits in the smoothies...NOT ALL POWDER like everywhere else. All teas (milk and flavored) is brewed...NOT POWDER like most other places....so no chemical after taste!

Much better than anticipated. My baseline for these shops is Thai Tea with Boba (bubble). The drink was slightly richer than average and with less ice. Most stores give you more ice than drink. In addition, the boba itself was sweeter and had a great consistency. Ill be back.

Had this place after going to the one in San Jose, and the SJ one is much better. This was just okay for drinks, and the che is better else. I would just stick to the boba tea here and get all other vietnamese goodies from other places. After all, its Eden Center.

I was good (5 stars) when it WAS Bambu. Tried today (24 April 2016) and noted that price for #10 desert increased, then realized that name has been changed to Pandan. Desert quality was not the same anymore, less flavor, more ice, etc. Too bad!

Cold drink is not bad, but the guy cashier attitude is very bad. He was very uneducated, he threw the changes to customers. There are a lot of stores where are selling cold drinks in Eden Center. I will not be back this store again.

Big part of the Eden Center area, this place serves the dessert that everyone loves, if you have not tried it swing by. Ambiance of the location is very modern, the moment we go to eden I always ask to go to this place.

Mediocre dessert place in this highly competitive dessert filled restaurant shopping center. Not a fan of how much shaved ice was in my dessert. Id go to other locations in the area. You get more bang for your buck
