As a former cashier, I can confidently say my Target Chantilly store cashier today was an idiot. Its hard to write reviews about customer service, there is so much miss communication, but my cashier today shouldnt be allowed to handle money. I was at the store picking up what ended up as $14 of home goods. I got in line and an older white woman ushered me to register 4. Heres the conversation: "I have a gift card on my phone I want to use for this" "Okay great, I just need to scan it. How much is it for?" Me:"Just the total" Her:"How much is that?" Me:"I dont know? Whatever your computer says?" Her:"No, how much is the gift card for?" Me:"Oh, I think theres $25 on there now." My cashier then processes to ring me up, with a remaining balance of $39. I asked her, "Are you sure the gift card came up?" She held up the receipt and said, "Look, yes, heres your gift card use of $25" when the receipt showed she charged me $25. I ended up having to go to customer service and the very normal, helpful woman there just shook her head in embarrassment as I explained what my previous cashier had done. Working in retail can sometimes be hard, but this cashier takes the cake. Target, dont allow people like this to handle money. I just wonder how often this happens to her.

Pharmacists here think they know better than the Doctors that prescribe the medication. The cashier Loanne seems to enjoy making customers suffer. They make up excuses to not fill a prescription. They "cant seem to find" a prescription that was faxed to them, or they "didnt understand the directions on the script" - so they do nothing until you go back to pick it up, only to find out they havent even started. They refuse to order the medication in advance so that it will be available on time. The ONLY reason I went here was because it was convenient. The people that staff that pharmacy are unprofessional and incompetent and rude. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

I should have heeded the warnings and reviews. Said a drug was covered, in fact is not, now Im stuck with several hundred needles for a kit I cant use. Avoid this place like the plague...your best off going to a different pharmacy. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I work there, and always will give my customers 100% customer service. But working there and seeing what goes down...I dont shop there. (I do sometimes go to the Target in Chantilly, instead of Fair Lakes)
