Ok. I prefer Giants and Whole Foods compared to the other grocery stores because of the quality and value. The Store is always clean and the produce and other areas are usually always stocked and clean. However, i found outdated sourdough bread!!! I always check dates and found 3days old outdated sourdough breads. Check the Dates of Bread/Bakery Products!!! Also, the Self Check Out System is sometimes Annoying! But, the Cash Register Lines are usually long and slow too. They need to work on Check Out Lines! Overall Good place to shop. Good Deals compared to other grocery stores.

Customer service is bad, customer service people misinform customers by NOT doing their job. Most Giant markets are very weak in the customer service aspect of their business. They only know how to collect money from your pocket, with their PRICEY low quality products. There are many companies like Harris Teeter who has superior Customer Service. Giant is only a GİANT with their failing CUSTOMER SERVİCE.

We bought gum from the store for $1.67 and that was on sale we were thinking "oh maybe its just a sell." We look at the back and see that the expiration date is the April 15 (tomorrow). There was no notice that it was going to be expired, distant it say sell by this said Best By. So I get a giant this rating for giving me old Food Most gums last year or a year not a day!

They always charge higher at the register. Wrong pricing all the time. Their small prints is hideous. This week they have a huge $ 0.77 sign for soda and the fine print (which is so fine) says only when you get 4. Managers are not helpful either. I only go there a few times a year when I have no other choice and I leave very unsatisfied each time.

I would give 5 stars but it is missing some items I buy at other Giant stores. Other than that, it is really clean and organized. The employees are friendly. It is located in a convenient shopping center. So you can visit multiple stores without having to make multiple trips to different locations. I would recommend this location.

Another grocery store that would rather people stand in line for one item than hire enough cashiers to open more than two cash registers. Insanity in an area this big to think this is sufficient customer service. But this is what happens when you tie your managers bonus to payroll. Another greedy company

BEWARE : This store has a lot of expired products. I bought there bottled tea which was 4 month over of the "Sell before" date. The "ready-to-eat" food had a spinach salad that smelled like something died inside. stay away ...

Reason for 4 star is because supposedly someone thinks they need to have a security guard standing around. Otherwise this location is clean, always parking, easy to get access to and 24/7.
