The parts here are good. Ruben helped me with a battery then informed me that my alternator was bad. Not only did he tell me, he showed me on his little battery tester. He quickly referred me to a repair facility to get the alternator fixed without wait. You cant find service like this nowadays, but I did that day at Carquest. Like I said, the parts are great but the people there like Elsa and Gloria and Will, are 100 percent dedicated to helping customers like me, who so not know anything about cars. Thank you.

Like others, I also had a wonderful experience with the store manager. She was informative, extremely quick, sharp, and personable. Makes jokes, chats, and is very efficient at her job. Explained everything very well too! Helped me find the battery I needed and the tool to remove the battery clamp. Thank you!

My day started with my car battery being dead--the rest of the day was full of appointments and important errands. I am happy to say that my day did not get better UNTIL the wonderful service I received at Carquest. I will definitely go back there if needed!

Change all of the people working there they are rude mean they treat you like stupid I know cause Im a mechanic but they didnt know cause I was dressing nice . Go to school before trying to teach something no one knows anything there
