Went in for the first time this morning. Wanted to buy 3 croissants but they tried to illegally charge me the rooms and meals tax. Pointed out to the staff and they said they would inform the owner - in a very smug way - but would not take the tax off the bill. Left without the items and will never return. Heres the law: Vermont Statutes, Title 32: Taxation and Finance, Chapter 225: MEALS AND ROOMS TAX, 32 V.S.A. § 9202. Definitions, (10) "Taxable meal" means: D "Taxable meal" shall not include: (i) Food or beverage, other than that taxable under subdivision (10)(C) of this section, that is a grocery-type item furnished for take-out: whole pies or cakes, loaves of bread; single-serving bakery items sold in quantities of three or more; delicatessen and..."

Very cute coffee shop and a nice change from all the chains in Williston. The owner was very friendly and even gave me a free cookie because it was my first visit. The coffee itself was great but the prices seem very high to me. I ordered a latte with an extra shot and that ended up being 6 dollars! 4$ for a regular latte and 2$ for the extra espresso shot. I would love to come here more often but the prices are steep.

First time here and really happy. Coffee is really good, but the breakfast sammich sealed the deal. Yea its a little pricey, but youre getting what you pay for. They use actual meats! Not ham thats been super processed and has barely any flavor left, like real smoked ham! It was amazing! Ill pay a little extra every time for better quality food.

They carry Brio Coffee and make it to perfection. Dont go anywhere else in Williston for a cup. Also, the sandwiches they make are superb. Ask for the Sweet Pickle breakfast sandwich even if its not on the menu. For lunch you cant go wrong with the BLT. The amount on bacon on that thing is...whoa.

I went here for lunch and it was incredible. The Chicken Pesto sandwich was delicious! Thank you for great service, a clean space, and delicious food. Its the perfect place to grab a yummy treat, or sit and enjoy a quick lunch with friends.
