I have frequented the goodwill for many years and have had for the most part OK service and costumer relation,But as like in most businesses there is always that one or two that act like they are the boss of everything and swell their heads with the "I am the manager attitude" With that being said they treat you with the disrespect that is undeserving to you as a paying customer.I spent a good chunk of money on a grandfather clock and asked for some cardboard boxes or plastic bags or something to cover the clock from the pouring rain so the clock wouldnt get ruined during the transport on the roof of the car.The worker in the back gave me such attitude and refused me any plastic bags or cardboard saying they cant give that to me,So I offered to pay for it and reminded her that i just brought in two boxes with plastic bags full of donation items and for that matter then give me my bags and boxes back so i could cover the clock,The conversation became ridiculously out of hand to where i asked for someone higher to speak with or i just plain out was not taking the clock out in the rain because it would ruin it and i would have to return it and so on.Anyways there are times when there should be a place to put people with this kind of attitude to the general public on a write up or something One major issue I have with the plastic partitions that you have to go through to get in the back room is by doing so it is in my opinion a very very unsanitary thing to have hundreds of people rubbing up against and touching with all parts of themselves to get in the back,I have watch folks with sores and bandages and sweat and fluids go through those partitions and it is absolutely gross,i never see anyone clean them but its a disease strip just waiting to spread to the unknowing.its like a fly strip for human contagious spreader..

Unlike the store on Shelburne Rd, this store is ridiculously overpriced and the staff is rude. When they are not being rude they force all customers to listen to their loud and obnoxious banter between themselves. The shelves are a complete mess complete with chipped items that are a hazard. As a frequent shopper Ive noticed dozens of times that any "good" item that is donated is being handed off by the employees to their friends before hitting the sales floor so your chances of getting anything thats not complete junk is minimal. Not surprising considering who former employees say the good items really go home with. The angry little man who prices items acts like a pissy dictator who reigns supreme over the mound of junk in this place. He saves things for his favorite pickers who pretend to like him just to profit. Ive also noticed on many occasions where customers return items because they dont work and the item is immediately placed BACK on the shelf. Their new return policy/scam is that if you want to return something the amount goes on a gift card instead of cash back so you can in turn by more junk that doesnt work. Save your money and go elsewhere. There are dozens of community thrift shops where all the money stays local and the volunteers act normal. It deserves less than one star.

I love this store, always seems clean employees are friendly and helpful. I have found some very good deals for myself and other members of my family. My only complaint is the book section, I agree with another person I think the books a very high priced for items that were donated and I really wished they were organized in some manner - by author would be ideal though I know that would be difficult to keep in place, maybe at least my a heading such as mystery/romance etc. This is not just the Williston store but true of all Goodwills and I have been in most of them in Maine and NH. I will continue going to Goodwill - who doesnt love a bargain, all you need is to give up some time looking to cash in big time savings..

This Goodwill is huge with many sections to peruse. The front of the store is lined with new donated merchandise - overstocks from stores. This store has a large section of books, one of the largest selections Ive seen, however their flat pricing on childrens books seems high. The clothing is well organized and there are lots and lots of racks. There are lots of small appliances and dishes, with some new items here, too. In the back you will find a section for larger furniture, so dont be afraid to pass through the vinyl curtain if you are looking for furniture. Overall, a great store, employees are friendly and you never have to wait long at the register to check out.

Usually my first choice to drop off clothes (& shop), but after the rude employee who treated me like a misbehaving child when I was filling out my donation form, Ill be checking out other shops from now on. The other girl taking donations was very nice, too bad I got stuck with Ms. Chip-on-her-shoulder!

I like this place. I get irritated when they watch me take something awkward or heavy out of the car and then tell me they cant take it after getting it out of the car. They stand and watch because they are not supposed to help so they can see what it is Im trying to remove. Now, I always ask first.

No bad deals. Stuff is usually in good shape. Parking can be a bit problematic when vehicles dropping off donations line up though. Line of cars out to the road last time I went. Going in from Natural Provisions side is better when its packed.

High pricing for used goods in certain item categories and an overall cramped atmosphere makes this the weakest store of the 2 local Goodwills. The only benefit this store has is an expanded room for furniture.

One of the cleanest and well stocked Goodwill stores in New England. I always find great used cds and and books there. Good quality clothing, clean and prices to sell. Some thing for everyone!

Good store and selection, but if you ever go within an hour of them closing the staff cuts you off at the door and follow you around shouting how many minutes you have left.

A little small, the goodwill on shelburne rd is much better for discount hunting. I was still able to find some deals here, but not great ones.

They charge way too much for items they get for free, and arent very friendly. You can get better deals at Walmart

Great place with lots of discount clothes. Also is a really excellent job training program for at risk people.
