The prices are ok. The pharmacist constantly made comments on the prescriptions I picked up or had filled. They insisted that they needed a diagnosis to fill my prescriptions. They called my doctors office so much that my Dr. finally called me and asked for me to fill somewhere else. I was treated like trash. The cashiers were nice and apologized when I couldnt get a question answered by the pharmacists or the techs. I now go to a different pharmacy that takes the time to answer questions on new meds and always found me a better price....!

My mom was having surgery done and had some medications she needed. When Costco called her to confirm she had denied it (shes very forgetful and her surgeon didnt call to tell her they sent out the prescription). I called in the day before her surgery, and Matt the pharmacy tech was very helpful and took care of it right away for me. Even when I came in to pick up the order, Francisco was very friendly! Its hard to find pharmacies that care about their customers. And I did not have to wait at all.

Pharmacy made a clerical error which caused me a lot of running back and forth. Waited one time for them to get back from lunch at appointed time and didnt return back on time. Try to explain the error and the lady that covered the prescription check out Area rolled her eyes and said "oh my gosh". Go somewhere else or hopefully you catch someone that cares enough to listen and fix their mistake.

The door greeters are very rude! Not nice at all. I dont know why they dont get in trouble for the way they treat the customers. Not a pleasant place to shop. You would think that since you are paying for the membership they would be more courtesy. I would travel further just to be treated nicer.

Door Greeters are jerks, they see you have your hands full with a toddler and trying to push a cart but still rudly stop you to demand to see your membership card... like you can buy anything without it!! otherwise it is the best location in the valley!

Anti firearm and poor service offered to customers. I was told that corporate does not support lawful firearm owners I came over from Samsclub that does. I found the place a little dirty and the location with the local tweakers asking for money.
