Apparently many other people have had better experiences in here than I have. I keep coming back, hoping to find something good because it is the closest secondhand thrift shop to my work, but I have only ever bought one thing here - a wall clock. The vibe I get when I walk into this location is dark and grungy. It doesnt have the tall bright ceilings of the DI or a wide aisle layout of Savers. Everything seems just strewn across the shelves and youre likely to find a lot of broken items as a result. Speaking of broken, that generally seems to be the quality of the furniture that I generally see in here. Stuff will stick around for weeks because they put out stuff that nobody wants. The books are hardly organized at all, so its dumb luck if you end up finding one that you are interested in. The clothes are a better option, but the pricing seems so random. The 50% off stickers make it worth it if you find something you like, but to me it just isnt worth it here. There are simply much better options in the valley.

Heard it was a potential place to find antiques, but after my experience I will never go back. The manager (I assume ) loudly questioned me about my service animal and my need for her. I informed him that she was indeed working, and politely informed him that our rights are covered under ADA legislation. He then proceeded to ask to see my and her certificates. When I informed him that was a violation of my rights, that the ADA protects us from having to share that information, he became rude and loud. As we left, I advised him to brush up on the legislation in case someone else came in and got really offended by him violating their rights. His response was sarcastic and loud. Dont go here. Dont support these people.

The money you spend goes to a great cause, Autism. Autism, more and more seems to effect more families than you ever used to hear about. In fact the whole "SPECTRUM", aspect of it is mind blogging. And more often than not, Ive noticed its usually always accompanied by ADD/ADHD, in kids like my son its on the extreme end of the ADHD. however he does come by that honestly. Having ADHD myself, it can be and IS extremely frustrating for not only yourself but you can drive the people around you insane, (without knowing your doing it). Goodwill also has great finds, great prices, and its better organized than most thrift shops

Anytime Ive been here I havent found much sadly. I know from reviews people seem to find reasonable items here at a good price! This location is smaller than the other one on State street so naturally has less of a selection. Because of where its located it can get kind of crowded but just be checking the parking lot when you go & you decide! My review is mostly for the clothing I havent found much good here but dont know about house hold items or some other stuff so they may have a decent selection for that. Didnt find much furniture here though.

Hadnt been to a good will since I was a kid, plus there hasnt been one in Utah. Not enough time to browse and take inventory like I wanted; but the store associates are rude and lack basic customers service. The store was clean, but really just lack people skills. My kids let the concrete eat their pants so I had to get them where I know they will be inexpensive and good quality. The goodwill is a great start before the bigger brand names.

I love this Goodwill and find great clothes for work and necessities for my house. Where else can you find a brand new carpet for $13. A whole work outfit for under $20? YES you do have to pick thru the aisles of clothes but after all its a THRIFT store for Heavens sake! ;-0) I find great prices and appreciate the SENIOR discount I receive. I find the employees are VERY friendly and helpful in this Murray location.

Newsflash Goodwill, you are not a vintage boutique. I really cant believe how much the prices have gone up here. People with very few resources rely on places like Goodwill to buy their clothes, appliances, childrens toys, etcetera. The prices have gone up so much, however, that a lot of people can no longer shop at your stores. Its really very sad.

At times the aisles are messy. Seems the staffing levels could be improved. Prices for used items seem high. Bring a smart phone and google the item and pricing. May find good pricing I have not had any luck. Better pricing at some of the other second hand stores

No joke, the entire store smelled like fesces. We thought it was maybe the front of the store but it smelled like that throughout the entire store. Needless to say, we did not buy anything. It was weird how they sold potatoes chips there, too.

They need to have limits on the amount of stuff you can on the colored tag that they have for the day. A customer came when I was their and bought every clothing item with the colored tag. The cashier was most unfriendly to us as well.

Thrift stores like this are such great opportunities -- seriously consider it if you need things around the house but have no dough. Stores like these are a boon for a poor young couple...like my wife and I are!

I have only donated here. But the guy accepting donations was alone, non-English speaking, and he didnt help me unload my car. Nonetheless, I got a donation receipt and got the crap out of my car.

This is a really great thrift shop. I have found numerous name brand items in clothing and shoes. The prices are unbeatable, the staff is very friendly, and the finds are magnificent!

When looking for a bargain for a Halloween costume this was the place to go. I took a friend here and found all that we needed to make the weekend a time to remember.

The attendee at the Donation Center was top-notch. Pleasant and helpful. It was a better experience than I have had at their competitors drop off locations! Thanks!

I would prefer to go to other thrift stores. The items here were dirty and the prices on some items seemed high compared to other thrift stores in the area.

Its a thrift store, if thats what youre into this place is great. It is significantly cleaner and the staff is much more competent than DI.

Way over priced items. They do have some decent deals on clothing if you dig around a little but not much selection, for mens items anyways.

Always looking for a good deal. Place to look for Vintage stuff, better than an Antique store, but have to return often to find it.
