Went in to get some sample stain colors. They told me that if I wanted to blend the colors that it would be fine and to just come back in the next day and they could get it mixed and ready for me to go that day. I made sure he understood I needed it by a specific date and he said it would be done. Went back in the next day and not only couldnt they get it done that day but they couldnt even give me a time frame. They were unwilling to accommodate there promise and give there "customer satisfaction guarantee" that they promise. Super disappointed.

Tom is amazing. He was just locking up for the day when my husband and I walked up. He offered to let us in and tint our paint. When it couldnt get as dark as we wanted he sold us two new gallons of paint. He should be the employee of the month. Although it was only supposed to take a few minutes he spent 30 minutes making sure we got exactly the color we needed. Thank you!
