This place has the softest kolache bread Ive ever had! The jalapeno sausage kolache was absolutely delicious. They use Eckrich sausage in their kolaches, instead of cheap tasting weenies. They also carry my favorite type of donut of all time: the unglazed blueberry cake donut. Their version is just slightly sweet, which is exactly how I want it. I imagine their glazed version is what most people prefer, but that is usually too sweet for me. I think the major difference between their donuts and every other donut shops donuts is that they use buttermilk in theirs, which provides a completely different fluffiness and mouthfeel. Absolutely spectacular.

A friend of mine raved about the quality of their products, and brought some jalapano kolaches to DFW on their way back from Houston. Great stuff, and I would highly recommend! I hear that theyre super nice too!

Usually dependable products, fresh and tasty. Love the sausage kolaches. For some reason the blueberry cake donut was a bit stale today, but theyre usually yummy.
