I have used this store many times in the past for small garden projects, but would strongly discourage from utilizing their flooring department. My husband and I went into the store to learn more about their new laminate, Pergo Outlast. It took us easily 10 minutes to hunt down a flooring associate, who simply guided us to the end cap with the Outlast samples. Already quite underwhelmed. We were ready to make a commitment that day and were not asked any questions. After taking a few samples home, we scheduled an in home measurement online. I received an email confirmation within a few hours. One of our dogs was recently very sick and unfortunately ruined our family room carpets, so we were anxious to have measurements done to then have floors installed as soon as possible. I did not hear from any associate on the day of the scheduled measurement (today), so I called the store. Eight times. I finally requested a manager because the other associates were simply transferring me to the flooring department, where I was disconnected each time after about 6 rings. Theresa, one of the managers, was helpful and discovered that my payment did not process so there was no record of my request on their end, despite receiving an email with a measure number and measure date with my payment showing as processed. No appointments were available for the next few days, which was frustrating as we were hoping for new flooring ASAP since numerous dog diarrhea and vomit stains (even after steam cleaning) are not delightful to live with. After cancelling with this store, I promptly called another Home Depot and was promptly and pleasantly greeted by someone in their flooring department and she was very thorough and made an appointment at that moment. Thank you to that Home Depot, but no thank you to the Spring Home Depot. Despite this location being closer to my home, I will no longer be visiting.

This was the 2nd home depot location I went to yesterday and just as it was at the first store ... help was almost nonexistent. I was looking for an item in the flooring department and after waiting a good 15 minutes for help, the first worker knew next to nothing so he said he would get another person...10 more munutes of waiting and then Janice appeared. This lady was so rude and disrespectful that I ended up just saying nevermind and walking out. I will not be returning. Good thing Lowes is 10 seconds from there where I quickly received friendly and knowledgeable service. Magically they had what Janice said does not exist....

So far...its been the worst experience ever. Ive ordered windows that supposedly arrived, but trying to get anyone with an iq over 50...seems impossible. Three times Ive called to confirm my order had arrived and tried to set up delivery to my home, but to no avail. It almost like they are trying to make sure I never spend my.money at their store again. Ive tried to ask for a manager, but to no avail. I get put on hold and transfered around, and in one case laughed at before putting me back on hold. If this is how they do business...Im sure I can find another company to spend my money with.

I called this store to ask if they can cut stone for a patio we were building and the girl who answered obviously knew nothing. She gave me a very long "ummmmmmmmmmm" then said no they didnt do that. When I asked her for a suggestion on who could she responded with a long pause then said, "no I dont really know...but you could Google it." Wow. Couldnt she have even tried asking a co-worker? I laughed and hung up. Train your staff better Home Depot! Or at least hire people who know what theyre talking about.

Horrible customer service. I was looking for a set of clamps but i couldnt find it. I asked for help from the employee in charge of hardware where most clamps are and he said "all you see is what we have" he didnt even bother to check the inventory. I had to order online and select store pick-up, 1 hour later i show up to pick up the clamps the employee didnt bother to help find. From now on the lowes next to this homedepot will always be my first choice.

Just purchased a newly assembled grill. Had a granddaughters boyfriend pick it up for us . got it home it did not want to ignite . We calldl the manufacturer they said it was a defective Grill so we contacted the Home Depot store in Spring They were out of them so they are going to go to the Woodlands store pick another one up bring it to us and pick up the defective Grill. This is why we shop at Home Depot .they take care of their customer.

It wasnt bad enough the stock reported online was wrong. The boxes on the shelves were full of the wrong items. The nice employee walking by helped me find the person in the department. However he was rude to her and didnt even acknowledge I was alive. His final answer was, "oh well, we dont have it". All least she offered to check the other stores and she even asked which direction I was headed. What is happening to Home Depot?

5 trips and every time I get the person that does not know where things are but feels compelled to tell me "well I have seen them in this department.". If you do not know what someone is talking about say I do not know, let me find out for you. Also change the website to match the store in the area! I should have known better than to trust the site.

I was mistakenly charged for mulch when i didnt wont or need mulch but low and behold out of black mulch couldnt even sub red or brown mulch of black mulch and had to wait while a pallet was dropped to get the appropriate bag I didnt wont and decided to just go ahead an take instead of having to go to the return department to receive a refund

This store is really convenient to get in and out of. You can access from I45 South feeder or from Old Holzworth Rd. Another benefit is that if Home Depot does not have what youre looking for, Lowes across the parking lot will. The store is laid out in an easy to navigate manner and the staff are kind and helpful.

Lowes is much better c.s.-wise. Also if hd wants my business theyll stop giving preferential treatment to gay activist groups. Young children are being exposed to the worst sort of public behavior, & as long as hd sponsors their functions, I will not shop there, and Im recommending to all I know not to either

I have had mixed experiences at this location. Some of the staff has been very helpful, others have not been helpful at all. I have also had issues finding items as they are not were they are supposed to be according to the staff or according to the tags on the shelves. Hopefully things improve through.

I was stranded in need help and there was a kind and very hospitable security lady I did not catch her name but she was very helpful and willing to help someone in need, I wish I could have said thank you before I left but or customer service and goodwill would you please make me a Home Depot customer
