Last Friday, May 21, 2010, I stopped in the CVS off 3009 in Schertz, Texas to pick up some sunscreen for my sons field day. It was around 11:15am-11:20am, and I figured I would run in real quick before dropping my 5 year old off at school for the day. I look for about 5 minutes, and passing 2 guys at least 5 times, at least one looked to be a manager, with no recognition, I continue looking and then decide to ask a guy that is stocking the shelf by the pharmacy. He is the same guy that I had passed over 4 times earlier. I say "Excuse me sir, so you all carry sunscreen" He turns to me and says its up front, so I say "oh ok I didnt see them, but thank you". I turn around to go up front, and go to the right. He turns to the left, and proceeds to say RUDELY, "I said... it was up front". I am sorry I wasnt aware there was a specific direction you had to go to get to the front of the store! I was going toward the side the cash registers were on and he was going to the opposite side. I actually was going to grab a water from the right coolers, but he stopped and huffed and waited for me to follow him. I am sorry that he did not say it was on the left front of the store just up front. So I just looked at him and followed him to where the sunscreen was, well as we were walking up there, he goes again "this is the front of the store", I said "excuse me", he says "stupid" (or something I cant make out under his breath and he laughs. I wanted his name but his name tag is blacked out.He was tall and had dirty blonde shoulder length hair. I know times are hard, but that gives you no reason to be rude, I am sorry I inconvenienced your day. There was no reason for any of his comments. He simply had to say"its up front" or show me, nothing more. He did not need to belittle me in the way that he did.If I did not have my 5 year old son with me, he and the manager would have heard a few choice words. Thanks to your one guy, that couldnt think before sticking his foot in his mouth, I will no longer be going to CVS for any of my needs as well as the numerous amounts of people who saw this post and however many they tell. This is not the first time I have heard of employees/managers being rude to customers at this location! Maybe you should think about doing something about it, before your customers dwindle down to none. I am sure the guy in question (that probably blackens out his name tagon purpose) will never hear about how rude he was as I am sure many of these complaints are read and then just "pushed under the rug", but have some respect for the people keeping your business running! No more CVS for me, you can take your rewards care card, that I gladly used before and well, shove it! I know at least 10 others agree!

If zero was an option than this pharmacy would receive just that: customer service equates to being as rude as I can be as obviously there are no repercussions from management, timeliness means filling three prescriptions (received all at the same time) at three different times in one day and only giving the patient one and sending them a message to come pick up the other hours later (what three different systems), common sense says dont ask people if they can hold please and get an attitude when they say no and you still argue as to why you need to put them on hold, by the time you finish with your tirade you could have helped them and be done with it. VERY LOUSY SERVICE AND FAILED SYSTEMS. They take on more prescription than they can fill.

Wow! Reckon only disgruntled folks write reviews! Things are what you make of them! Ive been going here for 8 years. The staff always say hello with a smile as I walk in, even though Im in leather and chains and other folks frequently clutch their purses and children and hurry in the opposite direction, not so if the staff here at CVS. If youre stressed and upset or sick, it its easy to have a poor outlook on everything going on around you, however, that certainly does not make your complaints true, youre perspective is skewed and yall need to realize that and not be overly sensitive and looking for perceived slights.

Dont waste your time, go to walgreens across the street! I went in to the cvs 2 days after my thyroid was removed and had the hassle of a lifetime. First I got rung up for the wrong prescription for thyroid medicine, and then when they fixed it they claimed I didnt have pharmacy coverage with my insurance. I had to call my insurance myself (2days after surgery with hardly any voice) and confirm that cvs was wrong. I received no apology, nothing, just a look like I was a burden. My boyfriend and I vow never to return. Also, the lady waiting with me also stated she was sick of the professionalism at this store.

Crapy attitude by Johnathan begaining you end as I even said bye and I waved right face to face with him as have didnt say anything but ROLLED HIS BAD ATTITUDE EYES AT ME... Im the last customer out at closing time. No excuse why you wouldnt say bye as a customer is saying bye. Unethical business practices. Phone number wouldnt work and he argued with me . I ASKED FOR MANGER SHE HAD NO ISSUES

I came to the pharmacy window today to pick up my prescriptions. when i got ready to leave my car wouldnt start.The young man who waited on me took the time out to come out side,push my car around to the parking area, checked it out,then gave me a boost !!!!!! I want to thank Eric for going the extra mile.for taking the time and having the patients to help me all with a smile

Wouldnt wish this place on my worst enemies. Handed me a bag with my prescriptions, went home, and one script short for an inhaler I depend on. Then I showed up and they basically called me a liar as if I were a junkie abusing an asthma inhaler. And then tried to tell me to pay again but without insurance since they wouldnt cover me for a new so quickly

All the staff seems very organized and so very helpful. Every time I have gone in or drove through, they give excellent service and friendly appeal. Shawn is an amazing tech with lots of info and a great attitude.

At the Pharmacy they are always rude thats why i now go to the walgreens down the street whats so hard to just be nice and do your job especially when your sick you dont want to go through crap

They never have enough staff. I cant think of a time in the last 5 years I was able too pick up a prescription as promised. Unfortunately cvs is only place my insurance will let me use.

If your apart of their reward program then the merchandise is usually cheaper. They always of a lot of items in stock. Staff is also friendly but parking lot spaces are small.
