We visited here last month with my deceased brothers bracelet. It was a custom 14k gold very large bracelet with his name done in real diamonds. The bracelet weighed right at 202 grams. very heavy. my mother and i researched buyers on google and based on all these reviews came here based on all the good things that are said. the lady took our bracelet inspected it then told us it only weighed 130 grams. she offered 1800.00. we right away new that this was not right and the offer was too low. we went to another buyer in the area and were offered 3867.00 for it which we new was right and we took that offer. we could not believe how much they tried to take advantage while we were selling this to pay for burial costs. this made me really mad and i have done a whole bunch of research on this shady place and am reporting them to the attorney generals office. the owner here is a mr castaneda and has a trail of shady things on the internet. they fake reviews pay people for reviews and leaves bad reviews for other busineses from his own profile. he also leaves his own business reviews from his own name. i will be posting the proof to this as soon as i can figure out how. other people saying there are signs saying $5 for 5 stars in his store we did not see this but it does not suprise me. this place is all lies and my mom and me want people to know.

Blah......one would assume that with all the junk they have on their shelves, theyd pretty much take anything. Not true! Well, I take that back; theyll take anything if ur willing to pretty much donate ur items instead of expecting any sort of fair price (and im talking about the low end of "fair") Their offer of $10 for 2 authentic coach purses that were not even a year old and in perfect condition along with a legit laboratory microscope that isnt cheap USED was offensive. I guess they spent all their money in the budget for buying crap on the cheap sunglasses, hooker heels and eiffel tower key chains that fill their shelves. Waste of my time, I will never go back or refer anyone to this horribly located business.

The Buy Back store is great! i originally went to the buy back store to try to get cash back on a walmart giftcard i got for christmas and ended up finding out that they also buy gold and silver! i dnt have much of that, but as a college student i buy alot of college books and they bought those back from me too! i Definitely recommend the buy back store to anyone thats looking for a fast and easy way to make cash! thank you (: #thebuybackstore

I had a Sally beauty gift card which I called and said there was $14.33 there. I went to try to go sell it here but they turned it down because they dont buy Sally gift cards and told me there is $14.33 on there. Ok thats fine. I went to try to use it and there was no money left on there. They took the money off off the gift card anyways and gave me back an empty gift card

Do NOT believe their lies on their webpage and facebook! I took in a 14k bracelet, 30 grams, and was offered 50.00. They are CROOKS! Gold value alone was $750.00, I understand they must make a profit, but this was absolutely insulting!! Not to mention you have to go inside a gas station and are treated like you are a moron. You have been warned. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Thus far I have been treated well and received a nice percentage back on my gift cards, something like 75% which to me is awesome. Otherwise these cards would be sitting around collecting dust! And we needed the grocery money! Nice people too, I have gone in twice and both times were welcomed. This is a place I will be visiting again in the future no doubt.

Very friendly and fast staff, where very helpful in any questions. I went in to sell my tag heuer watch and they were quick and offered me a great price, better than 4 prior places I had been to. The buy back store pays top dollar for tag heuer and has excellent staff and great customer service.

Stop ! this place may have smiles but it dials into bad deals. They dont show u up front how they determine the worth of merchandise. If your not aware of the worth of your merchandise, do not expect them to buy for best price. They rush to make a decision ,

this store is great they have a wide variety of jewelry you can buy. plus they do gold and silver jewlery repair. they also offer good amounts when the purchase your gift cards and take almost all stores.
