Review is for the pharmacist on staff today. We just flew in from CA, and my wife did not want to fly with pain meds, so her doctor said to just bring the prescription. We found out today that Texas law does not allow for this. Bummer but oh well. The pharmacist was incredibly rude telling my wife to go to the er or to make an appointment to see a dr in 3 weeks. We get it. Laws. No big deal. But the way this pharmacist reacted is below proffessionall. Not only was she not hwlpful in explaining the law, she flat out walked away. Again, walgreens is great, been going there over a decade. This employee however has us now looking elswhere for good service. Get your stuff together walgreens, I expected more from you in texas where everyone takes pride on friendliness. If I could take action against this person I would. Disgusting service. Ultimately I got help from a staffer who was able to help me. That guy was awesome.

Been in the store multiple of times and multiple of times we were treated very rudely! Lisa the manager does not need to be in customer service. My sister and I came into the store at 1015 started checking out by 1035. After multiple of mistakes on the cashiers part (once she didnt scan my coupons I handed her $18 worth). I demanded a refund because why would I pay full price for something I would save $18 on. Then Lisa the manager came over and said "we are closing in 5 mins and I am not staying here to check you out". We pointed out if it had been done right the first time we would already be done! Keep in mind a man walked up behind us and not once did this manager say that she wouldnt check him out. WE FELT BELITTLED AND LIKE WE WERE SCUM! We will be calling corporate tomorrow because no one deserves to be treated like that!
