This place is small but does the trick. I drove by and was able to get my small tatt without even needing an appointment which is cool. The artist Dave bragged about how he was a finalist on some tattoo show which I thought was odd. Specially when he needed a stencil for a simple heart with a ribbon. Since my tatt was behind my ear and fresh it was hard to see the full effect when he was done. Everything seemed fine when I left even after Dave told me to "give me a good tip". Yeah, wow. 2 days later I could see that it was way thin and light. I waited 2 weeks to ask for a touch up. After several messages left and back and forth texting for days he finally set me up with someone else to touch it up. I get there and that guy passes me off to someone else who looked like it was her first day but I figured how hard could she mess up tracing a quarter size heart. In the end this tiny girl Anna was the best. You could totally tell the difference when she was done!! She made it look awesome!!! Brighter, fuller, better!!This is my third tatt and she has done the best job of all three. Had it not been for this tiny girl and another artist there with such a friendly personality named Kit, I would rate the place with 2 stars. Anna and Kit bumped it up. I will tell others to go to Anna for any tatts and I will now go to her for any further tatts. I will be trying Kit out next for my future piercings but Im sure she will do great. To sum it up, if your going to this establishment, go to Anna. Im confident shell do a great job!

I recently got two piercings here , like two weeks ago or less . I tried emailing the manager because of how concerned I was about infection with both of them . Im sure both are clearly infected . My nose piercing got infected and Im more then sure the industrial is infected . The piercer who did both pierced my ear into two different individual piercings so it just looks like two cartilage piercings. The piercer didnt answer any of my questions or concerns , didnt tell me how long it would take to heal nor tell me what to clean it with . Ive already bought new jewelry, but Ive looked at the gauge size of the bar and my actual piercing and there is no industrial bar that size at all . Ive gone to other piercers here in my city and they even told me it shouldnt have been done that way & that Im developing a keloid . Im extremely confused and upset. Also I got my piercing on a Sunday & they facility had a sign that said $10 off on sundays which I didnt receive . Im extremely upset and I live in another city so idk how they expect to fix this. My worst nightmare of infected piercings has come true .

D.C. Tatts is the most professional but relaxed place I have ever been. I was feeling froggy on Easter Sunday in the evening, messaged them to see if they were open. Don, the owner, answered to say they were leaving soon and asked what I was looking at getting. He saw the tattoo I wanted and said he would stay a little later to get it started. Who does that? I honestly didnt expect to get a reply until the next day, it was Easter after all. He is the very best. I have never met a tattoo artist that is so respectful and talented! Then you meet the rest of the staff and realize he has successfully surrounded himself with people who are just as respectful and talented. The tattoo I wanted was a fairly large piece on my right arm and he took the time to make sure it was beyond amazing! I couldnt be any more happy with the way it looks. There are no words! I suggest this place to anyone and everyone looking to get ink!! Thank you, thank you to everyone there I will be back for more! Thank you Don for being amazing!!

Extremely skillful artists, exceptional quality, excellent safety procedures that are explained to the client fully. I went there and Don and his team have made their shop a very warm and friendly place. I also completed my tattoo virtually pain free! Great staff, they even feed me. I went to DC Tatts after going to a few other shops where I felt like I was treated poorly. The artist here dont act like they are some type of Tattoo God and you should feel privileged to be under their gun. They treated me like family. I have returned many times and have recommended them to several of my friends and family who have also gotten work there. Not to mention, I got my sleeve done for just over half of what other shops wanted to charge me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SHOP!! CHECK OUT their work on FaceBook and see for yourself *DC Tatts INC*

I was getting my first tattoo for a 21st birthday as a gift and the guy gave me the wrong tattoo. Or it was at least the wrong design choice. We agreed apon a style and he gave me something completely different. For such a simple tattoo the shading looks like it was rushed, it looks nothing like the picture. Also he asked for cash in the middle of us signing papers and I understand that theres a atm nearby, but it came across as rude. The guy was also bashing on other employees. Once in a "joking" manner then behind the other persons back. The whole process just left a bad taste in my mouth. Im sorry I have to say this because how much its bugging me but it looks like a prison tat.

Never go to this place to get your nose pierced, my daughter and girlfriend both got theres done here. They use the screw in piercing which your not supposed to use when you get it pierced. It can cause keloid scar, which it did in both my girls. Its a scar that can keep growing the rest of your life. They never warned or said one word about it. Make sure you do some research before getting this done. I dont want the same mistake to happen to anyone else. Definitely go somewhere else, they dont deserve one star.

I popped in today after having left another place that just didnt seem to understand what I wanted. I have had some trouble finding an artist who I believe can do what I want and who is interested in the idea. Enter Mika, who was super friendly from the start. His portfolio is great and his attitude is excellent. Hes already working on a design for my weird idea and he fixed a tattoo for me today. He did great work, hes professional, the place is clean and it was very affordable.

After getting both of my tragus done by their "professional" piercer, I had issues not even a week later. Walked into a different shop to get an opinion on how they were healing. He looked mortified as they had dug craters into the skin from not using proper jewelry on both ears. The cartilage was nearly choking itself trying to heal the wound. Needless to say. He removed them and told me to let them heal. Id like my money back and to have it redone in a more sterile environment.
