My truck broke down in the parking lot this Sunday afternoon and wasnt able to make it to a parking spot. Nick came out and jumped my truck but we had to keep the box hooked up and he made sure that it did not disconnect while getting it into a parking spot. I got the alternator and expected it to be any easy fix. They supplied me with tools that had been left by other customers. Nick made a few visits while I stressed about figuring out how to get to the alternator. Jacob also came out several times to make sure I was ok and to give me a hand when they did not have customers. While there they had to have gone out into the parking lot at least 10 times to install new batteries and to test other components on other vehicles. I ended up having to take my passenger side front tire off, remove the fan shroud and radiator, along with the power steering pump to get my alternator out (damn toyotas). Anyway Nick and Manager Nathan came out after they closed and helped me to get everything put back together. This was something they could have simply gone to their cars and driven away but the amount of help and care was amazing. I live in Leander and wished this Autozone was closer to me. I would do business with them anytime I needed something for any of my cars. All in all they saved me $1000 plus in repair cost. Thank you guys so much!

This is easily the single worst auto parts store I have ever been in hands down, no others compare. They will let you stand in line for half hour or more while they chit chat with each other and only one person, very slowly, helps customers out. And once you are ready to pay, they will let you stand in that line for another half hour. I cannot recall all the times I have just put what ever I was buying down and just walking out. It is unreal how they just DO NOT give a Damn there. Avoid this store like the plague and just go to Advance Auto, Oreilly or any of the many auto parts store that are a mile or less away.

ive never had a problem with this store, in most cases people need technical advise and research help in finding the right part, that takes time. if your not planning for a little wait when you go then that is on you its not a gas station or fast foor resturant where your in and out in three minutes or less. I have had to wait in line a few times but i was always able to get the parts i needed and almost all the same day. Thank you Autozone on Palm for your hard word i appreciate what you go through and deal with on a daily basis. you are always my goto store for my automotive needs.

Wannabe mechanics who will deny you a warranty replacement because they rely on their tester and not troubleshooting. I have had several mechanics look into the problem with my alternator and every one has said the duralast alternator was to blame. Unfortunately, Autozone would rather strand their customers in the middle of nowhere than replace their alternators UNDER WARRANTY when they show early signs of failure. I will never do business with them again, and I certainly wouldnt recommend anyone else subject themselves to the same level of unprofessionalism if they could avoid it.

Worst place. There customer service sicks. After standing in line for over 15mn and waiting my turn, some guy walked in and the person taking care of customers walked of to help him. "there buddys jpking arounf wile I stood there for another 5mn" I then asked to talk to a manager, and the Autozone guy. Tiny told me he was the manager, I then asked him why he was taking care of some one that did not stand in line like every one else. His reply was that he was the earlier in the day so he had priority? BS. Dont go to this place.

I think this is my first Yelp review. I have been trusting in and thankful for this AutoZone for many years through several vehicles. Because I have only a basic knowledge of cars and a limited budget, I value their advice on how to take care of things myself efficiently and economically. If I had read the other Yelp reviews I would probably not consider visiting this store, but my experience has been one of little waiting, and of courteous, respectful service. Good luck, everybody!

Theres a guy there whos name I did not catch, hes got a tattoo of bones across his hand and yes regardless of tattoos is the nicest guy in the store. If he gets taken from that store they would be at a MASSIVE loss. After four hours of them doing truck I nearly came in needing some help with my jeep, he was able to help me out and he was extremely nice while he did. I have not received better customer service from any business in years and now I will be a return customer.

The worst autozone ive been to. i went in for what i thought was a fog light, i asked if they can go outsized to check out what i needed. they said no because they dont know the bulb number. i went home and it was a daytime running light. i called and they said that a fog light wont work that im goin to have to go to the store to check it out after i told them that an employee would not check it out. really bad management, the worst service and employees, never go here.

Crappie. Its the worst Ive been at in the four states I have lived in, all autozones in the 32 years of my life, and most of the ones in the Austin area. The last part is usually dependent upon the staff at the time but this one is constantly crappie. I have called to ask for a parts availability a few times. They say they have it and when I show up its "in the warehouse house, we can order it ". A Andrea H. has been a good help when she is available.

Racist inconsiderate and lazy. I needed a drain plug washer and the guy looked it up after I had to ask and they said they didnt have it in the back or the front after asking 3 times to the manager to check. The guy also seemingly didnt like me cuz I am either not Mexican or look like a car mechanic. Went to other autozone they found it immediately in the back

Great customer service!!! I was at this location last week due to a battery issue. I was helped by Norman. Instead of trying to sell me a battery (which I thought i needed) he saw what the problem was right away and fixed it for me!! My cables were loose on my battery and he tightened them for me and I really appreciate his honesty and kindness. Thank you!!

By far the worst everything. If I could rate with out giving a star, I would. Turned a simple return into a customer that will never come back. OReilly auto parts from here on out. Corporate I hope you go through and fix this store for your future Customers. How do the people of Round Rock live with this crappy they call an Autozone.

I went over there at 10:30 pm for a part I needed real bad they told me they could not help me, the serves were down.....seems to me they were closing early due to they were closing their cash register. OREILLY auto parts will be my store from now on! I have had excellent experience with them i will never make this mistake again.
