I normally don’t write reviews. However, my experience today at the Neighborhood Walmart, located at 6604 Blvd. 26, Richland Hills, TX caused my blood to boil. At approximately 5:00 p.m., October 18, 2016, I pulled into the service station to fill my tank. I am a retired disabled Army veteran and was at the time proudly wearing my retired army cap. I was coming from the doctor’s office, where I received treatment for a service connected disability. One of my disabilities causes frequent restroom visits. Most of the Walmart service stations like this one, have a small restroom. When I asked to use the restroom the attendant (Faith) told me the restroom was not for the “Public.” I explained I was not public because I was a customer purchasing gas. She then said I could use the restroom inside the store. While we were engaged in conversation, another female Walmart employee entered the station. I asked to speak to the manager and the recently arrived employee (Arial) said she was the manager. She repeated “the bathroom was not for public use; you can use the one in the store. That’s Walmart’s policy.” She went on to say I could not use the restroom because of liability concerns. I dropped the issue, stop filling my car and departed. Needless to say, I did not make it home before the accident I was trying to prevent occurred. Even though I don’t expect or feel I deserve special treatment, I do get a lot of “thanks for your service,” here in Texas. I understand public restrooms often gets trashed. I am sure Walmart can afford to hire someone to keeps its restrooms clean without incurring liability. I am so disappointed and frustrated to feel I have put my life on the line and suffers lifelong disabilities so companies like Walmart can thrive at the expense of others. Shame on you Walmart!

Our main go-to for a quick--ish grocery stop for a few things on the way home from work. This store is usually clean, well stocked, and the lines dont usually take too long. Main problems for us with this store is waiting a long time for assistance when using the self check-out for purchasing beer (youre probably better off just going to a cashier) and the bathroom/dirty mop smell that comes from the air ducts (as far as we can tell, the smell is only present when they run the heater). It may not be perfect, but were just happy to have a alternative to Kroger and a source for those Patti La Belle pies. Mmmm...

My first racist encounter dont know what else to call it at Walmarts Customer Service. The older lady wears gloves while working and she was finding any excuse not to help me. First, she walks away then comes back to say that she was not going to return a Walmart product because it was used. I was like really? Which it clearly says if not completely happy with it you can get a refund or exchange. She said her manage said she couldnt do anything. I said ok I will wait for a manager. One of her coworkers rang me up like nothing. So basically she was lying!!!

This i the worst place with the laziest most incompetent people there could be. 1 checkout line open and 30 people in it with a line halfway down the store and all the self checks packed, and no more than 4 supposed managers standing in front just looking at people! What a waste of space! Your a customer service based entity and not a welfare draw a check sit on your butt and do nothing business! Because of your pure lack of cutomer service and stupidity I will drive anywhere I have to as to not ever come into such a dump again!

Cant get their price match, coupon policy together, it seems like every month they change their policy, oh and theres a "10 mile radius" for "LOCAL" stores they will price match. I went to their grand opening, of course they were nice and friendly, I went about 2-4 time since then, and had trouble price matching a few items. Its very frustrating when the cashier doesnt cooperate and know their own price match and coupon policy.

They have horrible customer service. I bought lunch meat from them notice about a week later when my husband went to open the meat (the first time opened), that it expired three weeks prior, went to take it back that afternoon they told me to just exchange it well guess what the expired meat was still in the fridge area, I pulled all the expired meat for them and took it all to the counter and asked for a refund.

Terrible walmart, wonder how long it will last. Employees are terrible, ive bought expired food from here 3 times, employees didnt care, they in fact laughed at me for being concerned that my baby drank expired juice. Usually only have 1 to 2 lanes open, no matter how crowded and no matter how long lines are. I drive further to go to kroger just to avoid this dangerous and tacky walmart

I usually dont shop the neighborhood marketplace, but decided to stop in as I was passing. I was amazed! It is clean, the employees are friendly and this store has the most gluten free items of ANY Walmart that I have shopped! I will only shop here from now on! I hope that in the future, this store will offer a few more choices in organic fresh vegetables and fruits.

There are 6 check out lines which is appropriate for the size of the store. Ive never seen more than 3 open at once, except when the store manager is on the floor. Oh and 4 are self check out. It takes the same number of employees to run one self check line as it takes to run all 4. A fact that seems lost on the employees when their boss isnt around.

I hate walmart...walmart is terrible, in my opinion but this one! Yes, love it. Its small, well kept and the service is great. Only thing, they could really have more open registers. But all in all. Produce is always fresh!! Which a HUGE thing for me. Always well stocked too. Love this place. I recommend everyone to go to this location

Everyone except for this one girl is so nice. A lot of older ladies so the lines move a bit slow but its ok. Their costumer service is the best Ive ever seen in any given wal mart. The people greet you when they pass by you. Better than ANY other wal mart Ive been to.

The neighborhood market. For those times you dont want to go to a supercenter and all the good grocery stores are too far away. They have chicken breast here that is pre-bagged. PRE-BAGGED. DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH TIME THAT SAVES ME!? LITERALLY MINUTES

Nice grocery store and staff are friendly. I always find myself wishing I was in a superstore when Im there though because they dont have all the things that the superstore does...guess it probably saves me money that way!

Was just going to pick up some bread but when I got inside I was impressed with the atmosphere and selection I went ahead and bought almost 200.00 dollars worth of groceries and the lady that checked me out was very kind.

Walmart is my pharmacy. As long asJordan is there, I will never go anywhere else. He is always very kind and goes out of his way to help you, which is very appreciated when you are not feeling well.
