TOP NOTCH JEWELERS!! I walked in the first time after having my idea declined at other jewelers, and by the time i walked out the process was already started. Through out the creation process A.J. and Doug had great communcuation and perfectly executed the renderings. I got the my ring today and i am beyond happy to have a work of art from elite jewelers. Its better than i pictured it in my mind and anytime i need work done, i trust them. They are called ELITE jewelers for a reason, rest assured!

I was recently in the market for a custom engagement ring due to a hick up at Marc Samuels. I walked into Elite and AJ was fantastic! Very genuine and passionate about my situation and making a better one for me there at Elite. Once I went back to get the process started, AJ delivered on every deadline to the T!!! I am very satisfied with Elite and plan to do many more things in the future. Go to Elite you wont be disappointed!

My experience at Elite Jewelers was perfect! AJ really came through for me. He designed my Fiancées ring and had it ready within 10 days and also kept it in my price range. The ring has great quality diamonds and my Fiancé loves it which is very important to me. The staff are all friendly and went out of their way to help with any concerns. Just randomly selected this place for a simple watch band repair. They have high security like many jewelers do these days but the owner, AJ, greeted me and was very friendly. I had to leave the watch but there was no charge upon pickup the next day. A.J. explained that they design and make jewelry at that location with a staff of 8. Check them out if you need jewelry or work done.

AJ particularly was extremely helpful in talking about different pricing for types of rings, cuts of diamonds and custom or in stock. This is the place to go! Excellent service, great deals and prices. The owner is very nice and helpful and will get you the best deal possible. They have everything from rings, bracelets, necklaces, silver, gold, diamonds,etc. If you have not been to this store, then you should. The prices and styles are a lot better than any other jewelry store in Dallas.
