Surprised this place is still around. Just by walking in the door its repulsive. Politics thrown in your face. I get it. Freedom of speech. But in a business? Really? I guess they can afford to shove trump down our throats more than providing service. I was in there for a battery. And possibly looking for a place to take my jewelry and mantle clock. But the few minutesI spent there (thanks to the young man who was polite and quick service) was horrible the married couple just kept talking about the democrats and how they were dumb for following Hillary. Guess all their business is red because I can assure you Im never giving them business again. I want a business who will be unbiased and treat me like they care. Thank god I didnt speak my mind. God knows all the messed up things they would have said. Long story short. I wish them luck because it seems they dont know the difference between a business and politics. Please dont give them business.

I walked in this week not having been here before and was very very pleasantly surprised. I will be going back! This place was amazing! Very helpful and informative about jewelry. Has an AMAZING selection of all sorts of clocks, including very beautiful fine old upright clocks that make me think of fine homes and estates in England BUT with the bonus that their prices are extremely affordable. Martha is wonderful and very fair and professional. They are most courteous and always offer a fair deal. I highly recommend!!! Also nice selection of rings and small necklaces which make good gifts.

Took an antique mantle clock in on Feb 3, today...April 4, I still do not have it back. Left several wristwatches there for new batteries and while $15.00 ea is a little high, not a big deal. Several calls for me to pick up my watches, which I told them would be picked up at the same time as the clock repair. Each time, no clock ready "well check and get back to you"......"delayed because of the ice and snow" was my favorite excuse. Paying premium prices for work is acceptable only when accompanied by premium service. Look elsewhere first is my advice.

I went to the store with a friend of mine wanting to know some information on a pocket watch he had got, and the customer service treatment he got was terrible. So terrible that when another group of customers walked into the store the woman working behind the counter immediately began to cater to them, instead of working with us like she should of. I wouldnt go to that store for anything. And its a shame that I have to give these people a one-star rating when they should be getting zero.

I am very disappointed in my experience. I requested that they do a simple cleaning and overall check on an antique clock. When I received the clock back the minute hand had been broken and glued back together. I was not told that the arm had been broken. I will not ever do business with them again!

These fine folks are the best. They really try to save you money, which is amazing, since their quality of work is so high. These are great people. I will give them all of my business in the future, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
