Its ok but a far stretch from how good the original Shipleys is in Houston. My kids eat the original sausage and cheese kolache but both take all the breading off. The dog seems to like it as a treat but it just has too much bread compared to sausage. The last two times Ive gone through the drive through they have consistently gotten my order wrong and the place was very slow. The first time I ordered a dozen donuts and miscellaneous stuff as well as an iced coffee. The iced coffee is advertised on the window but the attendant looked at me like he was confused. Got the miscellaneous stuff but he forgot the dozen donuts, kinda laughed as he apologized, went and filled the main part of my order. The last time (I mean literally it will probably be the last time) I went I ordered the regular stuff as well as two pink sprinkled and two white sprinkled for my kids. Got home and saw only one of each from my request. In the future, I personally will stick to the little donut shops around town if I go which is rarely anyway. My husband is a "die hard, everything about Houston" person. So, Im sure he will go back. The only way I will is if we go to the original shops in Houston not their franchises out of the city.

I rate donut shops by the amount of filling in their filled donuts; I give this one two thumbs way up. I always get two of the devils food, chocolate filled donuts and this location is the most consistent with a decent amount of filling. The Shipleys by Dell Diamond got two thumbs way down; the last two times (and only two) I have stopped at this location, there had to be less than 1/2 a teaspoon of the chocolate filling; didnt taste the filling until at the very last bite on both.

The kolaches are great, theres not a big list to choose from like some of the other kolaches dealers around, however theres a much better selection for donut options. This place is consistently good and I cant say that Ive had a bad experience. I do not recommend the iced coffee, wasnt the biggest fan because it was very watery

Shipleys is my all-time favorite donut place, hands down, and this location consistently lives up to my expectations. Clean place, super friendly staff, fast service, and deliciously soft yet chewy donuts. Glazed I could eat for hours, but the chocolate frosted is top notch; not too sweet but ohmaygerdsogood.

The donuts (strawberry glaze and them donut holes boiiiii) are good, from my memory. However, the operating hours are never correct on the website and I cant get any donuts lol. I dont know if the employee closes up shop when business is slow or if the posting is wrong.

The doughnuts and coffee are good, but they need to do something about the rude and unprofessional drive-thru attendants. I dont want to be snapped at because I couldnt hear the lady when she mumbled the price. Its a turn off.

My daughter was craving this place so we looked up the hours and it said they were closing in 30 Mins to 1. She walked up to the door and it was locked. We love this place but we wish their website said the right times.

Our FAVE since 2011...and the workers remembered us each Saturday and knew our drive thru order. Very friendly staff and FRESHEST and BIGGEST donuts at this particular shipleys.
