At 845, 15 minutes til close, the acting "manager" Debra turns off all the lights in the store, right in the middle of my still shopping. Unable to see the clothes on the racks, I shout I cant see thinking the lights were accidentally shut off, hoping theyd be turned back on. Theyre not, so I make my way to the front and tell the cashier its rude to turn off the store lights while customers are still shopping during store hours. She said "were closing." I remind her closing and closed are two different things. She tells me the manager turned them off, and if Id like to wait for her to talk to her, shell be up in a few minutes. A woman comes dragging to the front with her eyes already rolling and neck twitching. I tell her what I told the cashier, and with an attitude and out the side of her neck she says the same thing "were closing." I reiterate my statement about the word closing and closed having two different meanings, the closing time listed on the front door states 9 p.m., to which she rudely says "all of our paying customers know we close up 15 minutes before." BS, Ive shopped here before at closing. And Im a paying customer, so I guess not all of them know this! Besides, what retail establishment turns off the stores lights 15 minutes before closing WHILE people are still shopping? Must not care about potential accidents due to having customers wander to the front in the dark, like the hanger I almost slipped on because the store is so disorganized. I ask her for the store owners information, she tells me its on the receipt, which is only the stores phone number.i tell her I dont need the store number, I need the store owners information. The childish manager says "it aint gonna do you no good no way," I ask her whats not gonna do me no good? She says "talking to the owner," which leads me to believe she has some kind of relationship with the owner and already knows theyll back up her poor attitude & customer service. She seemed confident, like shes used to running this business with no customer consideration and however she pleases, and knows she can get away with it. So I wont waste my time calling the store in hopes of catching the owner, only to receive the same disrespect. Debra, a woman older than my mother and whom should know better at her age, is a reflection of the whole store, and her disrespect tonight said enough.

The store clerks are awesome and the deals are great, but the managers and owners are very crooked. They told me, while I was purchasing a bunk bed set that includes the mattresses for 119$ @ 1/2 off for 59$ the mattresses the have were in bad condition, such as having holes and pee stains... so I almost opted not to have the mattresses delivered, but at the last minute I decided that I could throw them away if theyre that bad, since they wouldnt go lower since they werent including the mattresses. Not even 10 bucks... They delivered, and guess what! The mattresses are nearly perfect!! I COULDNT BELIEVE HE LIED TO MY FACE. Im guessing he wanted to sell them separately or keep them his own kids!! Either way!!! DISAPPOINTED Thedelivery guy Louis was late. He told me one time and didnt deliver till hours later! If your going to buy furniture get a friend with a truck to deliver because if left to him youd never get your stuff, and he chargers $30 dollars when you can rent a uhaul for much less!!

I went in when they first opened and found an amazing deal on a vintage patio set ($45 including delivery!!!) but prices have changed dramatically and staff is inconsistent. Store is not very clean. Furniture is WAY overpriced-anyone who says they get low prices for furniture here must not get out much! Homegoods are also overpriced. For example, I asked the clerk at the counter to verify the colored tag on a new looking outdoor pillow. I was informed it was a blue tag which was the half price tag color of the day. When i went to go check out there was a new person at the counter-Im assuming a manager-who told me pillows were not included in sale prices. She not very friendly and should reconsider any job dealing with customer service. Asking price was what i would pay for new in store! Will not waste my time or money going back to this store

One of the best thrift stores in the DFW Metroplex. Prices are good most of the time. This is a place to hunt for bargains so be prepared to spend some time here. It is not particuarly clean, but maybe that is part of their charm? The hardbacks are a $1.00 and paperbacks are .50. There seems to be a lot of people that work here, and plenty of turnover. Then I think some of the staff may have been here a long time and have a general " I dont care attitude." I dont care much about what they do as long as the merchandise is priced, and someone with sone experience can run the register.

Amazing deals if you have the time to look for them. You could easily get a nice fitted flannel shirt here for under 5 bucks. The only no go are the tvs and the picture frames. You could get them anywhere else for cheaper. Other than that this place is an amazing place if you want to get some great deals. Also I think they support a portion of their sales to charity which is a BIG PLUS.

Good People, Clean. SUPER-SUPER Low Prices, and a variety like no other Thrift Store ive been to! They have clothes(NEW&USED), Furniture, car parts, dishware, cooking items, holiday decorations, books, dvds, tapes, records, blankets, TOys..... YOU NAME IT; THEY HAVE IT!!!!!!!

This was heaven for me! I collect T-shirts and it took me 30 minutes to search through them because there were so many. My wife needed a yellow pair of pants for a costume and sure enough we found one.

Wish they had more shoes, but they are a clean, neat, and chilled store with plenty of furniture and clothing. Fairly stylish and classy selection. Please try this place if your tired of Goodwill.

While it is in a very sketchy place they store is pretty big and houses a lot of different knick knacks. Didnt regret coming here and will probably come back some time.
