So my husband is an "enthusiast" Lol and hes been bugging me to come with him to his new favorite spot. Finally I agreed expecting to be bored (as usual with smoke shops Lol). But we walk in and I see the cutest pair of shoes!!!! I love my Jays lmao. I talked to his new friends at this smoke shop and my husband and them were going on and on about this new glass they have and I even found one I love! My first ever water pipe, apparently its one of the ones this shop makes! Me and my husband walked out happy, him and me with new water pipes, and I got the cutest pair of shoes and this awesome tank top my husband calls it my tokin tank Lol you girls have to come through and bring your guys so they can get you something haha :P

As soon as I walked into the store, I was instantly greeted and asked what i was looking for . The customer service is EXCELLENT! I needed to buy hookahs for family and friends and wasnt exactly sure what would be the best pick. The employee helped me through the entire process, explaining everything from start to finish. He also recommended other products in the store that I might like and filled me in on all the promotions. He gave me an excellent deal on the amount of hookahs I got. I was VERY satisfied! No doubt I will be recommending this store to everyone I know, and I will DEFINITELY be returning!! Thank you so much for everything!!!

If it was possible to give this place absolutely no stars at all, I would. Do not buy any sort of vape/electrical products from this place. It will break down with minimum to no handling. In addition, dont try to speak to some guy who claims he is the brother of the owner of the shop. His communication and professionalism skills is below adequate and no one in their right mind should allow this joker to speak on their behalf. Someone at my job also had a similar experience. However, the two young men who work behind the counter are a delight to speak with and are incredibly friendly and professional.

Im from the countdown city(210 baby) and Ive only been in Houston for about a year and Im serious about my relaxed lifestyle. Ive heard about other shops from fellow enthusiasts and even visited a few. This was the only shop Ive actually spent TIME in because of theyre prices and glass. I talked to a couple employees there and WOW I thought I knew alot, it made my purchase so much easier. I picked up my MEDICALI AND my ZOB here and ive never been happier. Two daily drivers at awesome prices!!!! Im DEFINITELY going back :)

This place is amazing for their selection in anything youre looking for whether its vape juice or other accessories. They sell a huge variety of products. They also have a membership program where you get a discount every so many visits. Every employee that works there is helpful and knows the products really well. Very reasonably priced.
