They are crooks!!! Took my daughter car because they had to keep paying for the repairs. They said the mechanic call them to pick it up but after talking to the mechanic he said that was a lie they told him that they would do her a favor and pick it up since the mechanic shop was closing.... once we got there to get the car they said do to the tail light being damage minor accident she had. they had to get it fix since she has not fix it. They are trying to file a insurance claim through their insurance. We never ask them to fix that... so they will not give back her car. She was with out insurance for about a month and has been trying to pay her car note and they have refuse here payments to make her late. So now he is saying she is $380 dollars behind. So we tried to pay that and he said no the car is damaged. He is really trying to get some money from his insurance people... Just crooks crooks!!!! First off they sold her a car with issues but we was willing to work with them. Now that the issues has became bigger issues (in their pocket) they have illegally repossessed her car!!! Now they tell her to find a bank to finance her. FYI/she has never been late with a payment. So with them telling her that it should let you all know they are doing illegal things within their business to take your car. Plus his response confirms it so since your intentions are good give her back her down payment or something to get another car!!!!

The service was friendly and attentive while buying the vehicle. My complaint is that when we asked to get a truck checked out by a mechanic before buying it, they insisted we go to a specific shop constantly assuring us that they really hope it is a good truck and that they dont want to hurt their business by selling us a lemon. Despite the red flags we went along with it and took the truck to the suggested mechanic shop. The guy was very nice and told us that everything looked good other than it was due for new spark plugs. After lots of reassurance that it was a solid truck, we bought it. Two weeks later, my husband checked the transmission fluid and discovered it was low, so he took it to a transmission shop. Turns out the transmission has a leak in it that was spotted quickly just by raising the truck up(which the original mechanic also did but somehow missed the leak.) and after taking it apart determined that it is practically destroyed. So now after all the reassurance it was a good truck that only needed minimal tune ups, we are looking at spending 4K on a new transmission on a vehicle we have had for 2 weeks. We are very disappointed and feel taken advantage of. Very much regret giving our money to liquidators.

I would like to start off by saying this is the worst company ever I know it come tax season time and there are greedy for money but this is not a legit company its easy to get in a car with them because there are not with the credit bureau they say they are but theyre not and if you are a first time buyer and you are trying to establish your credit will guess what youre not establish your credit with this company you going to be in the same situation that you were in when you get finished paying off the vehicle if you go buy another car they cars are worthless so be aware I do not take your hard earned money to this company that cars are crappy in they are nothing but lie to me to and my husband we bought a vehicle from them about a year and a half ago and they gave us three years on the vehicle we still paying on a vehicle that we dont even have and we back in the same situation when we went to a nother car lot dealership they said we dont have any credits but we thought we had credit so wcompanyto first time buyers smh stay stay far away from this company

Me, my husband and parents have been dealing with these wonderful ppl four almost 5 yrs I bought a trailblazer from them 4 years ago and have put over 100,000 miles on it and its still running. I recently went to them looking for something specific that they had just sold. Jesse took me to walk to the log and I fell in love with it after a test drive. He gave me a deal on it bc they had sold what I was initially wanting. They are patient and work with you when the real.world gives you a push down. This place does not try to scam you and tell you tough cookie when youre in a bind. They go above and beyond for their customers and it does not go unnoticed! Thank you guys so much!

Liquidators is a great place to buy a vehicle, especially if you do not have A-1 credit. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them. Even after my first purchase I had to file bankruptcy, they still took a chance on me a 2nd time. I must admit, Mike & Alex have been friendly each & every time I have talked with them. They have a great selection of vehicles and the monthly payments are very low. Best of all, you can pay off the vehicle in about 2 years.

Going there to buy my car was by far the best decision I have made by far. They are willing to work with you and give you some amazing deals. They will not disappoint. I just bought a Kia Forte 2015 with only 17,000 mile at an amazing prize. I was helped out by everyone in the staff they were very welcoming. Ive been with Liquidators for 10 years now! Ive never had a problem with any of the staff. They are always kind and professional! Even when my husband lost his job last year right after I had major surgery, they were very understanding and patient when we got behind. They even call periodically to check on us. You cant buy that anywhere!............. just saying

Jesse the car guy was great!!!!!! He showed me exactly what I wanted to see. I bought a 2010 Dodge Charger Im very happy with the service I got. AND best of all It comes with a 2 year/ 24,000 mile warranty! The nice young lady Nancy explained everything on the contract and I had no questions. Would tell everyone to go and see them! They have GREAT CARS!
