So the girls that work there are wonderful, theyve all been super helpful and overall nice. When you come in to buy a car its a super quick process. But unless you want a vehicle that is going to have the check engine light come on about 8 months after owning it and not be able to drive it after the 8 months and spend at least $600 trying to fix every thing wrong (not normal maintenance but existing issues type wrong) and still not being able to drive the vehicle because it just wont run for whatever reason and then to figure out that you now will need to have the engine rebuilt or get a new car. Then this is the place for you. Because all of that and then some is what you will get. Ive never hated a vehicle more and been more upset with a vehicle and having to own it than I am now. I bought my car back in Nov 2015, started having what seemed like minor issues with it and the issues didnt stop. They tried to say I need to do my own maintenance on the vehicle after buying which I did and am still doing and I still cant drive my car. Now I find out the engine is shot to hell and Im going to need another vehicle like now too extremely soon and guess what I still owe money on this POS that cant and wont drive. So Im needless to so so freaking excited. Please avoid at all cost, its seriously not worth the money wasted and quick time spent just to realize you wasted thousands of dollars that you can never ever ever get back.

When something is too good to be true its exactly that. I bought the car at the end of April 2017 the buying process was easy & seamless & I was pretty excited. I test drove the car & it seemed ok I noticed the brakes sounded like they may go out, I mentioned it to the sales girl she said they would take care of it. I looked at the carfax and everything seemed good. The next month In may which was only a couple weeks after purchasing the car more lights came on after getting the run around about when I could bring the car in I finally took it to them they said nothing was wrong. Here it is June 17 & now Im having Major engine problems barely even put 1000 miles on it and the chick tells me after my 4th time requesting them to do something about it they tell me they dont have a mechanic and its my responsibility. Engine failure within 60 days just doesnt seem like my responsibility after already putting $3000 in they pocket. I feel ripped off and like I was sold a Lemon. I wish I had chosen to do business else where.

Canino Autos was a great experience until I left the lot. I bought a truck 10 days ago and my transmission broke down. Canino Autos did help us fix our truck even though they didnt have too but we had to pay 25% of the cost to get it fixed. Being my first vehicle and car note I felt like I shouldnt have to pay for a vehicle that was given to me with a bad transmission. I had a transmission specialist look at it and they themselves told me the transmission was given to me in the worst conditions. Canino Autos needs to be more aware the of the vehicles that they are selling to people. This was a big hit in my pockets and very inconvenient for me. I paid 3,000 down and a week car note in advance to have been deceived like this. Please anyone reading this have a mechanic with you. I dont have 700 for them, Im already giving everything I have to have a working vehicle and to add on this horrible problem they have caused for me!

I have had a long two days. I have looked at this carlot for about a month, and today I finally went to see what they were about. I was put in a nice 2005 Ford Expedition that I feel in love with the minute I test drove it. Very easy, smooth,and filled with nice caring people. I recommend anyone looking for a good working affordable ride.
