Im a retired vet with a registered service dog and they were extremely rude and would not serve me because of my 4 Lb Maltese. The lady started to raise her voice at me and was Rudd and arrogant the entire time. To be truthful, i had seen her be rude im the past to others, guess its my turn. I drove to the other store and spoke w the owner who pulled his phone and showed me a live stream of the store I complained about. And he pointed at the rude lady in question and asked if that was her ? I acknowledged and he said he had gotten multiple complaints about her, that he would fire her that day and please come back. Went back a week later and the later was still there. I went and tried to speak to the owner and he avoided me. I just told him I wouldnt shop there again again why would he offer to fire her if he intended to make no changes. Ok attempted to show them my papers as well as information downloaded from the internet which states laws and their responsibility but they werent interested. Will not go back there and its too bad I shipped there 2 to 3 times a week.

Went to this location 8/21/16 and purchased marinated chicken wings, ribs and fajitas. When we arrived home the chicken wings had a foul odor. We decided to rinse it off and noticed discoloration on the meat. We had to throw them away. The ribs were cooked but later noticed they also had an odor, we thought it may have been from the wings. We continued to cook them but once we bit into them the taste was so awful I had to spit it out. I called the meat market this morning and spoke to a man who confirmed he had noticed the smell and he threw out all that meat. I told him the thought that they sold meat knowing it was odorous makes me believe they didnt care and sold it despite knowing it was bad. His response was "ok well then go to the hospital". My husband got food poisoning and I will be filing a report with the Health Dept. it is scary to know they are selling spoiled food knowingly.

I always buy the meat at El Taquito (the best place to get fresh and well cut meat), another store also on FM 1960 ( close to Ella Rd) Celaya is closer to my home, so I decided to give it a shot and try the meat from there. I got 3 pound of meat. The meat was frozen burn in some areas, the cut was horrible, full of fat, and (fresh) but nasty looking. Too fatty for my taste. I returned the meat same day and I went to El Taquito, where I confirm that they have the best meat in town. I drive another 3 miles one way, but I get quality meat.

Hours say 6am-9:30pm. They wont sell you anything aftet 9pm. Employees close register at 9 so they can leabe early.
