Didnt even want to leave one star... I am very disappointed in how this store hires people with absolutely no customer service skills. I visited the seafood dept. Today and wanted 2 lbs of salmon. $8.99lb mind you. Now years ago I worked at Central Market (same company) and know that if the customer wants you to skin the salmon, you dont charge the customer for it, its all part of your visit, called " customer service" . The hispanic heavy set guy that was there today was very confrontational with me. I was vert polite and told him I wanted 2lbs of salmon and if he would please skin it for me. I always get my salmon there and the guy that is usually there does this with no problem. This guy however proceeds to weigh it first and print the ticket. I said to please wait to do that till after you cut the fat off since im not buying that. He gets cocky with me and tells me I have to pay for it becauae he has to take the time to cut the skin off. I then proceeded to call Kroger across the street and asked them if they coyld help me with what I wanted and they said that what the HEB guy is doing isnt right at all and they would be glad to help me. These people like the HEB guy nowadays have a power trip going on and do not care about hospitality one bit. Its sad and completely ridiculous that HEB has people like this. Their Bakery is the same, very rude people. I am so thankful for Krogers across the street from them. If anyone wants seafiid with great excellent customer service, go see JOE at Kroger, he really made my day.

For the 2nd time in 6wks I have bought fresh baked bread from the bakery only to get home to find it UNDER COOKED. The outside looked cooked- even a little over done bit the inside is mushy. Yuck. The 1st loaf was asiago this loaf was sourdough. Get a new baker/fix your ovens/ or teach your employees how to bake. Absolutely neglectful nonsense. I only shop at HEB- this store and in Waco. Never have had this problem at either store in Waco shop at. Not sure I will return to this location. If I do - I will not buy anything from the bakery/bread dept that is for sure

Great grocery store. Always busy. Some of the prices of things are a bit higher than I would like to pay. Going to HEB to get the "basic" food items can cost over $100, so if youre on a budget I suggest going to ALDI. Good selection for meats, pastries, bakery, and deli. If you go there during the middle of the week, youll usually get better deals and/or discounts on items. Friendly staff and the store remains clean despite all the traffic.

The employees feel they have zero allowance to ask managers for help. Especially the teenagers! I asked a few questions and was told, "yeah I dont know. I mean, you could ask a manager. But I cant ring it up because it doesnt have a tag." The coffee shop has been staffed with baristas that dont know what theyre doing and a coffee easily takes 15 minutes to make

Clean orderly store with above average options. This black has multiple grades of quality for every item and occasionally the generic is even better then the name brand. Amazing selection, great staff, not a huge fan of the location but the store is absolutely worth granburys teribble traffic. Definitely recommend this location

I love HEB but last night we bought raspberries and got home and they had mold on them. Which normally we would just go return but we dont live near a HEB its about a 30 minute drive so we just had to throw them away. Everything else with our produce was perfect but waisting money on raspberries (which arent cheap) is annoying.

Beautiful rendition of the Star Spangled Banner totally impromptu by a sample lady who was wearing a patriotic head scarf. I had complemented it not 10 minutes before. Add that to the cleanliness of the tore and the friendliness of the staff coupled with fair pricing it is hard to beat shopping @ HEB! THANK YOU MR BUTTS!

Ive been a loyal HEB customer for over 10 years now in Granbury, Pflugerville/Round Rock, and Missouri City. In general, HEB is a 5-star establishment but I truly believe our Granbury HEB is special and deserves 6 stars! A special shout out to the meat department as they place special orders for us all of the time.

This HEB is really nice. Its brand new. I just wanted to say that we used their bakery to make my Mom and Dads 60th wedding anniversary cake. I did white on white with strawberry gel and it was moist and tasted delicious! Everyone loved it. I uploaded a photo of it and the photo has been sent for review.

I love HEB, but hate bagging my own groceries at this location. Since they have reduced the staff, there are not enough sackers, so service has suffered and I have had to bag my own groceries many times and when my wife goes alone, they seldom offer to take the groceries out to the car any more.

I drive 49 minutes to shop at this store and am never disappointed. The produce is incredible, very fresh and the prices are amazing. The selection is unbelievable. I find everything I need and some. The in store coupons cant be beat. By far my absolute favorite grocery store.

We love shopping at HEB. We drive about a half hour to get to this location as it is the store nearest our house. There are many items at HEB that we love that we just cannot get anywhere else (That Green Sauce, Whataburger Fancy Ketchup, etc.). This is a great store.

Excellent customer service. I have a real person check my groceries. Always courteous. I refuse to ever self scan a weekly grocery purchase ever again after 2 lengthy horrible experiences at Walmart. I dont live close to HEB but the drive is well worth it

Really, not that impressed with this place. After being a (former) Central Market shopper, Id expected more from here. The HEB in Corpus Christi and San Antonio is far better than this place. I shop elsewhere for my groceries these days..........

For a small town heb it was amazingly good. .it even had a little cafe on the run and nice deli and a glass widow meat market. .prices were about 10-20% cheaper than at the heb s in austin..and the people are so nice and friendly! !

Great meat and produce. Love all the food samples and demos. The Simple Meals that weve tried are quick to prepare and delicious. Great customer service. Ive never been disappointed and I shop here at least 3 times each week.

They have everything I need and more. I love the clothing section for ladies. The prices I feel are a little steep and the wide range of variety makes it difficult for a quick in and out trip I feel.

As far as HEB stores goes this is one of the best. The store is always clean and the shelves are always stocked. Its quite helpful how they hang the coupons for each item right by it on the shelf.
