I have not had a good experience with them. They never initially emailed me to let me know my invitations were ready; I had to reach out to then. After receiving them, there was a misprint. Mind you, I received the template form their office. I was told that there wasnt enough time to receive new, corrected ones. They then stated that they could print some that didnt match in shop and that I could go buy scissors to cut out the design around the edges. I was told that I should have proof read better.Ive also asked numerous times for the original RSVP to prove where the error was made. Its never been received and my attempts have been ignored. I also sent in my fiancé to look at it and they conveniently dont have that rsvp in shop anymore. I also spent 600 dollars on these invitations and RSVPs. Go somewhere else. Anywhere, actually.

I called to say I needed to pick up an item. They close at 5:00 pm. At 5:02 pm, they wouldnt even answer the door, despite my phone call. A great example of why small local businesses are squeezed out by larger competitors: more convenience and better service are available through these larger companies. One final comment: In todays business world, closing at 5:00 pm is anachronistic.

Roberts Printing has done everything from car magnets, pop up posters and yard signs for me. Everytime the service and quality is outstanding. I even sent the owner a picture of what I kind of wanted and asked if he could add some graphics. He did and it was perfect! His staff is very friendly and helpful everytime I got in there.
