This was my go to smoke shop! I loved everything about it the people, prices and staff. I went here for all my smoking supplies even bought my uncle his vaporizer with the help of the staff. Then it all came crashing down after they sold me the wrong might I add more expensive coils. I didnt even want my money just exchange the 4 un-opened coils for the right ones and was denied. The most frustrating thing was the fact that they then proceeded to selling me the correct coils and restocked their shelves with the coils I didnt need. So they couldnt return my money nor exchange them for the cheaper coils I needed but had no problem reselling my property. The gentleman that even sold me the items remembered me I even came in with the receipt as well. I was extremely upset especially since this shop is across the freeway from my home and I had done so much business with them. I have not returned since then and get all my uncles vape supplies and my smoking accessories elsewhere.

HORRIBLE!! I have bought several items there, only to find the product 10$ cheaper everywhere else!! Then when the product I overpaid for was defective. I was assured it had a 6 month warranty by the sales staff was DEFECTIVE I took the item back for a simple exchange, the DAY AFTER I purcased it, receipt and product in hand with no hard feelings and they REFUSED. Insulted me, wasted my time and money because I am 100$ poorer and have a defective product that will not work. Their products are OVERPRICED, DEFECTED, and they DO NOT back up their products. DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR E-VAPING PRODUCTS. THEY DO NOT WORK WELL AND SMOKING DRAGON REFUSES TO EVEN EXCHANGE THEIR PRODUCT. SMOKING DRAGON HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE AND OVER PRICED ITEMS.

HORRIBLE. I waited 45 minutes to be helped and this girl with brown hair and her nose pierced was the rudest person I have ever met with absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I planned on spending nearly 1,000 there but I am glad I changed my mind and went to Smokeys Head Shop in Arlington and they were great and so sweet. This lady was stuck up and very condescending. I am going to let all my friends know that this girl is definitely a reason not to go to the shop. I will now refer them to Smokeys instead. They need to watch who they hire.

This is an awsome store!!!!!! I quit smoking a while back and they have everything I needed to succeed!!! They have tons of great vaporisers and e-cig products also they just added a really cool tasting bar where people can try out the many flavors before they actually buy the liquid. If you havent checked this store out I think you should! At least to look around and meet the wonderful employees who make your shopping experience well worth it. I give this store an A+!!!!!!

Now ive seen people review it saying "I cant return my product!" Blah Blah Blah. It makes sense, they sell pipes and such and personally when i buy a pipe or water pipe from here I purchase it with the understanding that im the first to put my lips to it, its unsanitary to take back a pipe. The people are always super friendly and helpful there and coming this Friday I will be going back up to get help with building the perfect E-Cig. Thanks for all yall do!

1st and only time there I bought a Fuente cigar. Went to register, handed over credit card and lady behind counter says rudely "ok, I need to see your drivers license and both signatures on you credit card and license need to match." First time I had ever been told that! Lol its all good though. I promise its the one and only time Ill ever be at that establishment again.

I love the friendly vibes and the good customer service. They each know in detail about products and always give me the best insight and suggestions! I absolutely LOVE this shop and dont really plan on visiting any others!

Ive done business here many years. To meet my health needs with herbal remedies. First off, the vibe is very helpful, and friendly. Their advice to the customers needs if purely based off of product feedback, not based on sales and trying to meet a projected sales goal. Leaving me (the customer) happy. Very rude girls that work there! They laughed at me when asking about an item and werent helping at all...the girl would just tell me she couldnt help me while the other girls laughed.i was talking to a friend about my encounter And she said the same thing happened to her a few weeks a go ! I went in there the other day to buy cigars wraps and I came out with some shine wraps. At first I was stunned by the price but then I went home at tried them. You can stuff them with a lot. The taste better then swisher sweets. I would recommend them. Its all about The Benjamins wiz kalifa says!!!!!!
