For years This used to be the only place I would buy shoes ...I havent felt comfortable a few times because of the people that work there ..plus they dont have the clearance.racks..i dont like the new set up. It was easier to find sale shoes before.. Also Very strange the way they acted..the employees in the past look down on me and acted like I was gonna steal even though I had been in there regularly and bought stuff . Bought stuff then they act like Im gonna steal when I literally just bought stuff ..weird! And Woman acted like she didnt even remember me from the day before once.. Otherwise I got some shoes for a good price earlier this month in August 2017 and no one acted weird to me recently ...although when I tried on shoes then the guy did just seemed to stare at me the whole time... ????

Went in to buy a duffle bag and swim trunks for my son. Duffle bags are up high so we had to ask for help. The lady said she would get someone but no one came. So I went to the front and asked again another lady came and she was helpful but then she insisted we give her our items instead of letting us just hold them. I told her we were done shopping but she all but grabbed the things out of our hands. Like she thought we were going to steal. Ill drive all the way to the westside and go to academy or a different big 5 before I go back there again!!!!!!!

They have huge sales flyers with great savings but they have horrible customer service so I dont see how they stay open. You walk in your flat-out ignored, you say hello to someone who works there they look the other way and run as fast as they can towards the back of the store and disappear. I wont be going back.

They dont always have everything you need, either duty to out of stock or they just dont carry certain things. Also some of the staff is not the friendliest ...

Better prices and selection than Gander mountain in some things. Possibly lower quality though.
