Dont waste your money! I wish there was a way to give this guy no stars. Maybe the products are OK, but this douche bag makes it impossible to see. When we got in, there was a small dog incessantly barking. In fact, the first thing my husband said was "Wow, thats a badly behaved dog". Then, we started to go into the humidor, to which the door was standing wide open. The "owner" jumped his case saying he wasnt allowed to go back there alone & had to wait until he was done checking out another customer....maybe either 1) shut the door, or 2) SHUT THE DOOR. Then my husband pointedly said "Is that your dog?" regarding the STILL BARKING dog...to which the dick said "yes, and hes being pretty bad right now). Seriously??!? Finally, when we went into the humidor, he was smug and cocky and arrogant with what he told us. I couldnt wait to get out of there. My husband, who is much more forgiving, went ahead & spent $20. Which would have been a lot more if not for this guy. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! There are lots of other highly rated shops in the vicinity.

This place is the ”Cheers” of cigars, everyone knows your name! This place not only offers some of the best cigars but its staff & regular customers make you feel right at home like its your own personal livingroom! You will definitely form a habit here just on the overwhelming friendly atmosphere alone! Now go & enjoy!

Open til 11pm mon-sat. 7pm Sunday. Great spot to hang out and smoke a couple. Very casual. In the last 3 hrs Ive met someone from every walk of life. Feels like Im at home with friends. Ill be back my next trip to Dallas.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Humidor was well stocked with a variety of brands. Purchased several sticks and stayed around and enjoyed a relaxing smoke within the warm and friendly environment.

One of the better gar shops that Ive seen in a whole. If they dont have it they will order it. Always clean, always a good crowd to hang with and the prices are what you would expect.

Good selection of cigars, however the service is not the best. I asked to sit in the lounge and smoke, and no tv was on. Seemed as if he had a problem with me staying.

Owner Dan Schmitt puts most of product in this store cause it sales itself, hired a guy who is smug and arrogant and treats co workers horrible, not a good atmosphere
