The only reason Im giving this store 4 stars is because of Jo Jo. I bought a titan slimmer vaporizer. Every time I used it it would not work correctly! I took it back 2 days later! I was told that I must talk to Mike in order to get a refund or store credit! That was Jan 5! I tried to get in touch with MIKE SEVERAL TIMES BIT HE WAS NEVER AT THE STORE!!! I went to the store on Feb 4, and told the store clerk my issue! He called Mike and explain to him that the vaporizer was defective! Basically,- MIKE told him that he wasnt going to help and hung up in clerks face!! A lady name JOJO helped me and came up with a great solution that was fabulous, and I ended up buying another product !!!! If it was not for JOJO I would have wrote a bad review and never shopped there again! If u met JOJO, she will take of you (and give you great vapor info)! F**K MIKE!!!

Poor quality, poor selection and poor service. Everything in this shop, on both the tobacco and the "beyond" side are lacking in quality and cheap. This wouldnt be so bad if the two guys who own this shop were friendly and knowledgeable. They are NOT. They are rude, surly and treat the average customer very poorly. Youre much better off driving to Grand Prairie or Arlington. After several very unsatisfying interactions, I drive right by past this joke of a store. Really, who needs a stressed out, aggressive head shop/tobacco store experience?

Extremely over priced, poor selection with even worst service.. Muslim owned, with zero respect for other beliefs. You can get everything this store offers at other stores in Cedar hill.. do not support this business as it doesnt support our ccommunity...

I visited the store and it has really nice selections of cigars, cigarettes, incense, and accessories. Their prices are really fair compared to other stores, and they treat customers really good.

No communication and uneducated staff. They hung up on me multiple times as I asked if they had something in stock. I definitely wont be doing any business there anymore.
