I unfortunately had to make a return on a defective product at this store. The man on the counter, quite possibly the owner, was furious that I was returning the product. He said that he just "lost money" by accepting the return, and completed the transaction with a horrible attitude and kept shaking his head the entire time. 1) NOT MY FAULT YOU SOLD ME TRASH TO BEGIN WITH. Will never waste my time here with these guys again.

This is my go-to cigar place. Great guys working there who always make sure my brand is in stock. Disregard the single one star review placed by cigar shop hater. Great selection and great price. 10-15% cheaper than the other shops I have compared.

I am going to find a smoke shop I dont hate in this area, this was another disappointment. again a shop that is not open in the evening, even on the weekends.. If you are looking for overpriced cigars, you found the place.
