I went in November 1, the day after Halloween to stock up on costumes for next year. As usual, none of the staff bother to ask you if you need help even though they are doing nothing but hanging up clothes. They do absolutely nothing to even help you find the missing pieces of most of the costumes, but watch out when you are in the change rooms! They will interogate you as to how many items you have, yell at you to pick up anything that has touched the ground (like what the heck? Why are you peeping underneath the change room doors?!?). Makes me wonder if they have cameras in the rooms themselves. Creepy. So staff go out of their way to make your change room experience miserable, yet finding anyone to help you on the floor is like pulling teeth. I like their stuff, but they need to learn a lesson - that if you treat your customers like crap, people will stop coming and word of mouth goes a long way. I will never give them my business again. But maybe that is what they want - to drive their customers away, so they can continue to be lazy.

By far the best store in DFW for dance wear, club wear, costumes, shoes, and hosiery(thigh-highs, knee high socks, etc). I dont know what some of the girls that left bad reviews are expecting out of this store that specializes in the items named above, if you are looking for fancy intricate expensive lingerie, well this store is not for you, go to a Victorias Secret for that. I have shopped at every store that offers similar items but they dont compare as Electrique Boutique has the largest selection plus the best prices, I have seen the exact same item(s) at another shop and the other was double the price! Ive never had any issues with customer service with the exception one employee that happened years ago and she wasnt there for long, otherwise they always have helped me when needed. I have shopped here for at least 10 years and quality of items has only increased in my opinion plus the selection has improved over the years as well. Trust me, save time and money and go straight to EB for your fun wild side. :-)

just want to say I have a cruise coming up in 4 days and im doing last min bathing suit shopping, I called to see if the swim suits were actually in store or just online.. the lady on the phone wasnt very customer friendly, and couldnt even walk to the rack and give me an estimate on about how many swim suits were actually in store, before I drove an hour away from fw to dallas.. hopefully if I decide to go buy a swim suit aside from the s***** SERVICE I will get treated better in store!!! there one job is to satisfy customers and properly answer any questions we might have, she horrible failed. so basically because someone cant do their job I have to waste gas and drive an hour away to find out my self... very displeased , will not recommend to a friend with service like that... im embarrassed for them!

I love this place. Ive been there a hand full of times and have never had a bad time. I almost always find what I am looking for and the prices are not bad compared to a LOT of other places.In response to a previous review, I personally dont like to be asked if I need help. If I need help, I am perfectly capable of asking for it, and they have always acquiesced. As for hanging things back up on your own: I dont think it is necessary for any particular store to cater to the laziness of guests. Sure, some stores have people there to put away clothing, but if they dont, then hang up the stuff that you got out. Smaller staff=less people to wait on you hand and foot.

The quality of there items are not what they use to be. They send you irregular items without stating that there is a problem with them. I had recently purchased a Caribbean Pirate costume from them and the zipper on the top was sewn slanted to one side and the skirt was full of holes. Now I am stuck with this because it is non-returnable. That should have been a warning right there. Do yourself a favor and dont waste you money on this company. They have become like most that are more about quantity than quality.

On a road trip from Houston I called to inquire about a specific size and style of boots. I was told that yes, there were several different ones to choose from and that it would be worth a stop. We drove an hour out of our way to stop in to be greeted by no one, and to find out from the sales person with an attitude that there were two pair of boots in the store in the size I asked about and they were nowhere near the style I described. If you have tiny feet, you can find a lot. Otherwise, dont bother.

Someone charged me much more than I spent at this store. Purchased 18 dollar bottoms, inexpensive pasties and a pair of thigh highs and was charged 64 dollars. 20 more than I was told I was purchasing. I would not have purchased 64 because it wasnt in my budget. Something or rather someone was crooked and wouldnt think I would notice. Check your purchases, guys. Someone is giving themselves big tips and hoping you wont notice.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received they have no lack of respect or care for any customer! I will never ever shop there again or recommend anyone shopping there. I have emailed them numerous times with no response and have been waiting for a return label for a month all because they told me my item was never ordered and it was and I received two. I would not recommend anyone to order things.

This is a great place if youre wanting to find a sexy Halloween outfit. What I like most is you can actually try the costumes on. They have a lot of props, shoes, and accessories to go with it as well. I normally dont shop in there for anything else. This particular location, parking is a bit scarce, just be prepared to park in the back of the building.

Never have had a problem here. They always have super cute clothes and even I (being a thicker girl) can find clothes here that fit. They have a huge selection. This is my go-to store for my rave outfits. Love this place!

They had the boots we needed for our play but they were not able to apply the colleges tax exempt status. I had to eat the tax myself. Sucks! This is 2015-- change your system!
